L’état des chambres médiocres surtout au niveau des toilettes Il Yavait une fuite d’eau dans la chambre

Belles chambres, un effort est a faire sur la propreté des lieux communs. J'ai vue que les enfants ne payés pas, j'ai donc été surpris de payer le prix fort... dommage car l'hôtel est très agréable. Merci pour ce beau séjour, j'espère revenir avec la petite famille.

Insinuer que j’ai volé des serviettes au point où j’ai vidé mes valises devant le responsable et que j’ai décidé de quit

La proximité du centre - et encore vu le prix des taxis très peu cher. Autant être excentré

L’hygiène de la chambre Le lavabo moisi / il suffit de mettre de l’eau de javel et on retire la moisissure Réservé pour 6 nuits : tous les jours il faut remettre à jour le badge à l’accueil - méthode de contrôle des clients ?? 1 et jour pas de serviettes de toilettes donc pas de douche Je laisse un post It avec une demande de serviettes et relance l’accueil pour le lendemain Mais pas de serviettes 1 jour sur 2 et le dernier soir on refuse de m’en donner Motif : je les ai déjà eu et on fini par me dire vous les après prises ??

La propreté limite quand on voit la moquette au 3me et la chambre une odeur de tabac froid horrible surtout que j’étais avec un enfant. Le petit dej sommaire et jus d’orange infecte voir chimique

My stay was great, I enjoy swimming in the pool and i slept easily on their bed.

Service was excellent overall. Well mannered staff, very respectful and they listened to our situation since we were there for a wedding and would have arrived late at night.

The juice did not taste good, after an hour it tasted spoiled. If it was squeezed juice than they should do a taste test before bringing it to the breakfast table. This does occur regularly for hotels and restaurant during the summer due to the heat. Should be a bit more careful though.

The staff are super helpful and friendly. No complaints in regard to this. WIFI is strong and available everywhere.

The bed matress wasnt great and overall rooms are abit tired and require a investment. The shelf near the window was broken

Good Hotel, functioning to stay for 1 or 2 nights.

The Ibis hotel was convenient, as parking was needed. the rooms are on the smaller side, with a double bed, which was very comfortable. The bathroom was functional, hot water, good shower, hairdryer and good lighting. The room has a TV, which I did not use. There was a buffet breakfast, which was plenty, as I like a simple breakfast.

I know Ibis hotel, so I knew what I get, it was good and comfortable
