Don't stay in this hotel.

My advice to everyone don't stay in this hotel. 1- Staff at the reception are rude only Mr Yousif the best man. 2- AC was no working on 22/3/2023 only fan and full of heat . I asked the engineer and he is full of lying and even didn't want speak to me. 3- the water at the shower look like water from the river. Don't book. Absolutely rubbish hotel. (ZERO ☆). 4- I changed the hotel straight away. 5- no shops around. Close one 15 min walk. 6- close to the bridge and noisy. 7- whatever they say good always other side. Dontttttttttttttt go to that hotel.

Even paper roll for toilet they don’t have, air conditioner not working, it was worst hotel meet in Casablanca, staff is really not responsible, for luggage is the taxi driver help us carry to room, even concierge no have…..

Good design of lobby, but small room.

The lobby is nice place to staying.

Pay price with 100usd/night, but Room is too small, if you have big luggage, not have enough space put and open your luggage.

Not enough towels. Nobody wants to cancel the reservation. Booking cannot contact the hotel. Reception managers Do not laugh to do their job - they promise to contact but do not. Terribly

close tram station which leads to city center

good location to the tram station to the city center. easy check in and out

Overall, my stay was good, would love to stay again there.

Location is good, staff is very pleasant and friendly.

Should offer at least a water bottle in room, also an electric kettle.

The staff were really kind and friendly. Both the reception agent and the house keeping lady.

A terrible smell of the sewage in the room. I had to open the window couple of times at night to smell fresh air.

I would recommend this hotel for the value, especially if you need to stay for work related purposes

Great value for money and the staff was great.

The breakfast was nothing compared to other Ibis hotels in the country...there was literally nothing left when I came down and the choice available was poor.

disapointing

Originally booked the colise' hotel, the location was in the medina was too far from sidi Maalouf, the hotel is a disaster not fit for purpose, dirty, noisy, dosse house or prison are better accommodation. you should inspect the hotels before you include them on your website. proprietors lie, you should have checked the details. I will be careful to book from your site in the future
