We never stayed at the riad.
The location was terrible, the woman was not friendly, the bathroom upon inspection was dirty , the mattress was very soft .
We decided not to stay and left.
We would like to get a refund of 100.00 Euro since we prepaid and never stayed.

Private - only guests on first night!
Dinner was a disappointment and expensive.

Friendly staff, totally enthusiastic to help us with our car. Room was on the 1st fl, facing atrium. Well appointed.
The neighborhood felt barren. No restaurants or sites, although Old Town was just a 10 min walk away.

Beautifully renovated and maintained Riad.
Shower took a long time to warm up.

The hotel itself, very nice and typical
The breakfast
The staff, Always trying to find solutions to my problems
The bed, not so comfortable
Note to the travellers : pillows are hidden in the cabinet+ if you're tall like me, check if beds are adapted to your height...
Hot water in the shower: hard to adjust
I did not succeed in switching on the TV...

By itself, this is a nice riad. Beautiful building oozing with old-world charm and spacious rooms and bathrooms (though why does the shower tub have no curtain to keep water from spilling?). We had a delicious dinner and bottle of wine in the courtyard. Quiet middle-class neighborhood at night that seems a bit sketchy but it's perfectly safe. There's a good bakery nearby. Breakfast was fine. Parking is about two blocks away for about $2-3 a night. You're about 6-8 (?) blocks from the old city.
Finding it was a bit difficult as your GPS will get you to within a half block but it's in a hidden alley off a road and there are no signs pointing to it. But! To the riad's credit, they sent a staffer to retrieve us in the city center to direct us there....thanks so much for rescuing us! Also, their English is weak, just for you to be prepared. MOST IMPORTANT, though, I recommend not visiting this part of El Jedidah. It's just not that nice or interesting. If you're looking for a beach resort or beach part of your travels here, there are apparently some nice resorts north and south of the city center that you should consider. This part of town just isn't that memorable or charming (even the old city). There don't appear to be any decent restaurants or bars nearby, just "local" ones that didn't appear to be worthwhile (hence we ate at the hotel, which was 100% the right decision).

The Riad was very nice and the staff were pleasant. They had some very interesting common spaces, and they served us a very nice dinner. The rooms were beautiful, big and comfortable.

This Riad is an Oasis as you walk in through the door. The place has a lovely patio, the staff are very nice and helpful. we had dinner here and the food was very nicely presented and delicious. Highly recommend it

I loved this calm and tasteful riad. The courtyard and terrace are lovely places in which to relax. The “petit” dejeuner is great—the best I have had in Morocco—definitely no need for lunch 😊. They will cook dinner for you as well if you like. The riad is well located, within walking distance of the sea. Staff are very kind and pleasant. I am sure there are cheaper places in El Jadida but this is worth paying a bit extra for.

Going to Morocco, you must stay in a Riad.
Some Riads are Riads only in name. Not this one.
You will have a wonderful comfort, a cleaning level out of this world, and personalised service by ultra-friendly people.
My stay was wonderful, and there was nothing that could be improved.
Besides all the people at the Riad being helpful, all the people at El Jadida were also very nice.
On some guides, you might read that on El Jadida one does not eat well. That is rubbish!
One eats very well at El Jadida, but somehow the food at the Riad managed to be still better. Yes, all the food there was amazing, and always served with a smile.
Writing this one week after my stay, and still with the flavours on my mouth...
I see nothing that could be improved.
