L'entorn, la habitacio i els serveis d'aquesta i la calidesa del personal

Excellent location. Quiet and peaceful. Loved my room in the garden building with my patio and enough space to sit inside and do work. Excellent location and enough plugs USB ports to mover go looking for them. Loved my bathroom. Very very comfortable beds.
The rooms are not sound proof at all. I could hear my neighbours upstairs and both sides of me. This was quite disturbing especially at 1:30am when they came back from the whiskey festival held at the hotel.

Rooms are very clean we always request for a ground floor room when we stay here and this time we had everything very well organised breakfast is always very good . Good service very nice staff.
The coffee at breakfast could be really hot it comes warm and when cold milk is used the temperature is quite cold everything else is perfect

The room was spotlessly clean we stay here regularly and my husband will stay a whole week over the Christmas holidays as I am travelling overseas. We needed more milk and extra coffee in the room and the lady was so polite obliging and bringing it right away. So were the reception staff who were most concerned that our room was adequately heated. We request for a ground floor room as we are unable to climb and our request was handled and we are extremely happy opting to stay here whenever we travel down to London from our home out in the country.
Nothing that we didnt like everything was literally perfect

Hotel is a hidden gem in London / Harrow area.
The internal road which leads to hotel needs paving as at night its a bit rocky

The location was very good and car parking was easy. Only half hour from London
The food choices could have been better in the restuarant.

The main building is steeped in history and the gardens were lovely. Bathroom was fine and bedroom.
Bed was dreadful, bedcover duvet had a cheap feel to it. Dinner service was absolutely dreadful. Tasteless food. A potion of whitebait as a starter was about £7.00. It contained 7 white bait!!! Probably the most expensive fish ever. Pasta dishes were bland and tasteless. Fish and chips overcooked. £170 meal for 6 of us - dreadful value shockingly poor.

We have stayed here several times before and so we know what to expect. The location is great for us - and very quiet. Unfortunately, the garden annex is beginning to show its age and could do with a revamp - particularly the common areas. But, the beds are comfortable, and everything in the room functioned correctly.
On returning to the hotel late one night, we discovered that someone had fixed the broken front door lock, but sadly our keycard did not work, resulting in us having to go back to reception to find out how to access our room. Our issue was addressed quickly.

Great grounds and staff where brilliant

staff were helpful
on arrival we were told that a function was being held at the property. As we would need to cross the function hall to get to our room we were told to use a spiral external fire escape to access the staircase leading to the period room we had booked, having climbed this carrying our bags we faced a two foot drop though a fire door onto a winding internal staircase which was a clear safety hazard. This apparently happens every time the room is used for a function according to a member of staff.

location and cleanliness.
I expected to stay in the main building - but was placed in the annexe which was similar to a mediocre motorway motel.

the view
spiders everywhere it was really uncomfortable.

A beautiful hotel with amazing grounds.
Some of the property is looking a little tired and needs updating.
The evening menu could do with more vegetarian and vegan options.

beautiful building
nothing on the website to say I was booking an executive room in the lodge -thought it would be in the beautiful house .The room had very tatty wood furniture peeling and from the 50s .The chairs looked old fashioned and uncomfortable and the bed was like concrete -& with a very scruffy valance . We had to walk to the restaurant in the rain . We went to the bar because we didn’t want to stay in the ghastly room and the barman unfriendly and even though he knew we were wanting food omitted to tell us they did afternoon tea . No paper info in the room and the Qr code didn’t work !
