Staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfortable.
It’s a bit soulless and by a busy road.

Very friendly and helpful staff on Reception. I was attending an event at Huddersfield Town Hall in the evening and was given helpful advice on the bus service (no 503) and local taxi services. I ended up walking back to the hotel from the Town Hall; a 40 minute walk. Room and facilities were all very good. Breakfast in the morning was buffet style and staff were helpful and attentive. I liked Da Sandro's Italian restaurant which was on site and was an excellent place to eat before going out. Location is very handy for the M62.
My room must have been located above the kitchen and I was awoken early when the extractor fans were turned on. They were that noisy, I initially thought there was a delivery lorry parked outside with its engine running!

Location was fine for us, just off the M62. Staff could have been a little more friendly.
The size of the bedroom and bathroom were a little small.

Spotlessly clean, comfy bed. Staff friendly and obliging, both front of house and at breakfast (excellent full English) - Ellie went the extra mile to the restaurant to fetch coffee when the machine wasn't working. First class food from Da Sandro's restaurant, brought over quickly and cheerfully. Polite, friendly staff, service with a smile. Definitely will stay here again.
Location excellent for motorway links and good parking, but still got a great night's sleep.
Weekday breakfast could run a little later (maybe 9.30, currently ends at 9.00), but really this hotel is a little gem. A thoroughly professional hotel, very comfortable, no fuss.

I have stayed before, the staff are friendly, there is a lovely little bar, excellent breakfast, nice rooms ( walls a tad thin - I could hear someone snoring ) and the most incredible Italian restaurant onsite.

The bedroom was a nice size, and included plenty of essentials for our stay. The hairdryer and trouser press were handy. There were extra pillows and bedding should we have needed this. The staff on reception were very friendly and greeted us well.
The shower in our room was broken, the small head was hanging off the wall, and the large head only worked on one side. Breakfast was disappointing. In the room, there was a breakfast menu that had plenty of options, however when arriving at breakfast, myself and my partner were asked to wait as there were not enough tables. We ended up waiting for 30 minutes for a table, when we could see other people getting seated before us who hadn't been waiting. When we got into the breakfast room, only half of the options on the menu were available, and there were only a few of each item left (this was a whole hour before breakfast was due to end).
