Staff were very friendly, food tasty & good value. Hotel clean & modern
Noisy!!! Said rooms were sound proof however heard next door getting ready early in the morning. And then what sounded like housekeeping hitting every edge with the hoover in that room. Shower kept dripping in intervals throughout the early hours. All resulting in disturbed sleep.

The English breakfast was the highlight of our stay with fresh locally sourced produce. And the rooms are decorated to a high standard.
A charge of £15 for the use of a cot when spending £2000 on rooms and associated function room and celebration meal with family. Especially when not informed at the time of booking. Celebration food in the MusicRoom1 was a disappointment but made up by the breakfast.
4.5
High quality hotel with matching customer service, facilities, cleanliness and tidiness.
Nothing. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Room, breakfast
As we were leaving the bar to go to bed the Barman called me back to say there was a bill outstanding and then when I got to the bar someone said no it’s ok. No apology given. In the morning we were advised our breakfast was not included.

lovely gardens and great location for the NEC.
It was a ‘cashless’ hotel. It only accepted ‘contactless payments’ for everything. That didn’t suit us unfortunately. Breakfast was £15 for our 16 year old, who only wanted cereal and a orange juice!!!!!

Food was absolutely delicious! They went out of their way to accommodate dogs in a special dining room. Lots of space to walk dogs in lovely surroundings. Room was very comfortable and very clean.

Staff very helpful and pleasant. Room very comfortable. Bed comfy, linen and towels all good quality
The magnifying mirror was not fixed to the wall properly. The room, although there were plenty of lights, was still quite dark

Nothing - loved everything!

The room was nicely decorated and the hotel is in gorgeous grounds. Add to that the food was delicious.
The noise from the restaurant and bar was clearly heard in my room which was quite intrusive. The smart tablet is great for communicating with room service however on one evening it clearly wasn’t being monitored as it took me chasing 3 times and and hour and a half to receive my food order and drink.
4.5
Lovely location, with beautiful grounds for a stroll and some quiet time. We paid for an executive room which was very spacious and well equipled.
Nothing really. Really enjoyed the stay. We were there for a friend's wedding so didn't get much tie to sample many of the facilities.
