Bed is very comfortable. The food was good for money. The room was clean.

Absolutely fabulous

Me and my husband really enjoyed the breakfast in the mornings and then the evening meals as well as there is alot to choose from on the menu. The room was fabulous and very spacious and all the staff were very welcoming and friendly

Disabled parking limited

Excellent location for early flight next day. Eady to get to , nice setting and pleasant pub with garden attached. Good value food. Nicely redecorated rooms and comfy bed. Decent size rooms and good value for what we paid

Not enough disabled parking. One space only and the person in it had no blue badge . Told manager , who though you have to give your reg so she could have traced the person, not I retested. Said there should be more spaces as I'd had to walk the length of car park , she said not her decision as she's only the manager. Other staff member said you can drop off at the door then go and find a space. Needs educating disabled people do drive themselves as well ! Better would have been to offer to escalate the very valid complaint . Carpet in corridor stained, they'd had a flood clearly . Bathrooms due bit of an update

Excellent

Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, great venue for a wedding in clevedon that I was attending, great bath, lots of towels large tv.

A pity there isn’t an option to arrive earlier as this would have been useful for a 1 night stay venue and to get ready for wedding then stay the night and not worry about getting home!

Lovely place friendly good breakfast and all in one so could have swim, food ,drink and not have to drive

The jacuzzi wasn't working at the time we went so was a bit disappointed

Great place to stay especially for being close to airport - very good value for money.

Staff all very helpful - we arrived late but kitchen still serving dinner for guests who were staying overnight. Room was very comfortable,quiet and clean, meals nice. We left early to catch an early flight so did not log on to internet nor have breakfast.

Room comfortable but overall experience disappointing.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly.

Being a Greene King pub I was looking forward to a nice pint of ale. However each time it was cloudy and not what is to be expected from a brewery house. The young staff obviously had no training on how to keep/serve or change a cask of ale. Food and drinks had to be ordered at the bar. On the 1st night there was a queue of about 15 mins. with only one member of staff taking the order, money and dispensing drinks. The restaurant was full. There was no explanation given that you had to order food at the bar and fetch your own cutlery and condiments. The food was reasonably priced.

Room Good. Not soon for the rest

The room was very good. apart from the cracked tiles on the for. Ample Parking, mostly able to park near lodge entrance, Not away's. Nice to see they will have EV Charging Soon.

Where to Start. Right Apart from the Bedroom we stayed in. The whole of the Inn was Tired and Dated with lack of Maintenance. Walking into the lodge Entrance on the Left hand side there in a Drink & sweet Machine but Under it was full of Cobweb's Dust and Carpet Furs. Dust and Dirt in the Dining room. All Tables where sticky to touch. Knifes and Forks Not Wiped after Washing. Now to the Breakfast, Service, Self service for tea and Coffee, But no Mugs, had to ask, No Sugar, had to ask, No Butter, had to ask. Not what you expect from breakfast Service. Hoovering When Guests Eating Breakfast.

Slept well in quiet room. Did not rate breakfast.

Spacious quiet room. Generous tea-making facility in room.

Breakfast. Vegetarian sausages were inedible. Scrambled egg looked and tasted like plastic. Hot water for tea was infected with an unpleasant taste.

A short stay near to airport

Rooms very dated, bathroom shower rail was rusted and the door had lots of wood missing from it. We only stayed here as easy access to the airport I wouldn’t like to stay here for a holiday

A very good stay - thanks.

Very nice room with comfortable beds. Basic but perfectly useful bathroom.

Strangely the lights were quite noisy - even the lamp above the bed, the soft (but annoying( ticking noise only stopped when you took the bulb out. No de-caf options for drinks in the room.

Nice overnight stay. Everything you need and quite location.

20 minute minimum drive to airport, so leave ample time.

Overnight stay before flying

Spacious room Good price especially given it was NYE Convenient location to Bristol airport Friendly staff

Rooms were clean but very dated. Ceiling collapsed in the hallway outside our room. Awful strong smell in the entire corridor that lasted the duration of our stay Restaurant had a stale smell of lager, sticky carpets and the food was underwhelming.

Disappointing

Booking in not to bad bed to hard shower had step so wasn't very good for my disability even though I asked for walk in shower at time of booking breakfast was disgusting it wasn't cooked properly and had no eggs cleaner's hovering while eating

Very comfortable and clean. Plenty of facilities in the room.

Bar staff declined to serve us at 10.30pm on Saturday night. They were busy preparing for Christmas day.
