Very poor service
Nothing like at all everything is very bad stop for two day no one change bed sheet no on cleaning the room no tv working properly cudnt find ironing in my room have to wait at reception for 45 minutes then follow the receptionist to so many room to find iron complaint about tv 20 time no one comes use same towels and bed sheets full off crap one of the senior officials come stay here few day under cover u will find out everything

Pulled up to the hotel and it appeared a little rundown and shabby, inside however everything was clean and modern and in good condition. Checkin was quick efficient and freindly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast served from 06.30 which meant I actually got it before early flight.
Top floor room was adequate but small and with sloping cieling which made it a little claustrophobic.

Infelizmente quando chegamos, o recepcionista do hotel disse que nossa reserva havia sido cancelada pois não havíamos pagado antecipadamente, sendo que a opção de pagamento selecionada foi a de pagamento no hotel ,e no Booking a reserva constava como confirmada. Mesmo mostrando que de acordo com o Booking estava tudo certinho , ele deixou claro que estava fazendo um favor de refazer a nossa reserva , que não faria de novo na próxima vez, como seu eu estivesse me hospedando de graça e contanto com a benevolência dele. O hotel, apesar de levar o nome do aeroporto de Londres, fica longe e não conta com serviço de ônibus . Tenha em mente que terás que pagar um táxi que fica em média 45 libras pra chegar até lá, se estiver vindo do aeroporto.

The guy on reception in the morning was great.
You can't get the Heathrow Hoppa shuttle, restaurant and bar staff could have at least acknowledged me, menu poor, walls thin in the rooms.

Quick & easy check in. Close to airport.
The fire alarm went off meaning all fire doors then shut. Constant banging from the doors every time someone went through them. Asked for them to be propped open a few times, didn’t happen. Calls down to reception never answered.

The bed was comfortable.
Upon arrival, we had been met by Xec at the reception to check us in. We had made this booking on the day required and confirmation emails were received that the room had been booked. Once we had arrived Xec rudely informed us that he could not find the booking and a new booking will need to be made. Of course we were not going to accept this as the money had been taken out of the account and therefore a new booking should not need to be made. As new details were inputted into the system he said that only a twin room was available. My daughter in law had specifically requested for a queen bed room and that is what we had paid for. Whilst doing this Xec claimed that our original booking had not booked a queen room. Earlier when Xec mentioned he could not find our original booking on the system, then how did he know what type of room we had initially booked?! Further to that, he then indicated a twin room was available and a pull out bed for a third person which is an additional cost. Again I mentioned that my daughter in law had booked a queen room for my husband and I - at no point was there a third person so why should we be charged for the pull out bed. Throughout this experience I found Xec to be extremely rude and his entire demeanour had made us feel uncomfortable, bearing in mind the time at this point was 11:30pm. During this discussion there were 3 people behind us. Our issue had not been resolved and Xec rudely asked us to sit down and wait until everyone else had been sorted. Now from other experiences at hotels of which we have travelled many, I have never been asked to wait whilst other people were dealt with. Our booking had been made and was confirmed prior to arriving and that should be the end of the story.
Once all was resolved (and somehow out of thin air Xec managed to find a queen room), we were horrified at the state of the room (pictures attached).

Easy to get to from legoland
Attitude of the man at the main desk, the way he spoke to the other staff really got us. The kids had food from the children section which were £7 each and they hardly touched it because it was cold.

Very noisy with loud music until late then noise from wht i guess is a generaotr or boiler room or similar.. Parking tricky. Dirty room given firstwith wrong configuration which took a long time to sort.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Check in, and checkout were quick. The bar served real ale I.P.A. There was a restaurant and a large, comfortable lounge area. The bed was a good size. Tea and coffee, and a refrigerator in the room were all appreciated. The table and chair was a good touch in a good sized room.
Some of the other guests room doors must have had broken devices on their doors to stop them slamming shut, so I slept badly. I was woken about ten times in the night by the sound of slamming doors. Also, the shower unit was tiny with no safety handle fitted to the wall to grab if you were to slip. So, I felt worried using it. The bed was large but a little hard so I think I felt the springs.

Not applicable, never got to even check in despite having a reservation 3 months prior.
Booked and paid for my room 3 months in advance, arrived at 10:30pm, with a 21-month-old in tow after a 37-hour journey from Australia, only to arrive and have them tell us our booking didn't exist and they had no rooms left. I don't recommend booking this hotel through booking.com as they told me the booking.com reservations don't actually reserve anything. It was a nightmare.

Very good location took the over head tram 29minute walk & straight to Bond Street for dinner at the Asian ivy in Mayfair & returned £7.50 return. Heathrow terminal 3 5 min by car 🚗 I would use this hotel again 😀 well done, guys. Underground parking g at the hotel was £16

Late check in - 3.00 pm is absurd & unrealistic given that this hotel location is not close to any transport system … Fire alarm going off at midnight …very disruptive without any formal fire drill

The hotel was pretty good and cleaned, the rooms were big and comfortable.
Well, I chose this hotel because the ad on Booking says that they storage luggage. But they don't say that is just for few hours.
I left on May 19th and I had a reservation for the 22nd again, so my plan was to storage the big luggage I had in the hotel, since me and 7 year old daughter were going to come back 3 days later, but the staff in the hotel was irrefutable saying that I couldn't do it what made carry on all my heavy luggage for a short trip and then come back to the same hotel.
If I knew that it wouldn't be possible to storage, I'd have chosen a hotel way closer to Heathrow for my last night in London.

Mix up with the room on arrival, not as requested but problem was sorted quickly by the very pleasant and efficient staff.

Very happy with the hotel, staff all very friendly and helpful, we stayed here for an event at Twickenham. It's very easy to get to off the M4 and easy for taxis, etc, for onward journeys

I have booked hotel day ago than when I was checking in was taking time because off staff was saying we can’t see you on system and bla bla bla I was so tired after 14 hours shift and wating there to check .than when I went to room .there was looks different when you see in pic bathroom wasn’t comfortable for fatty and chubby people even toilet you. can’t even sit properly.because off my tummy wasn’t clear .I suffer all day next day at work.I would never come there again and won’t recommend to any others totally wasted money

stayed there 2-3 a month, lift was not working, bedroom allocated to me smell of smoke, had to wait in the reception as key was not working in the bedroom, had to walk up and down the stairs several times with my luggage because of the key.

When we asked for explanations, they told us that they would refund part of the reservation, but they never did, we kept waiting.
We are very angry about the treatment received. Nothing recommend me. Shameful!
