Staff was incredibly friendly and lovely. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Breakfast was really good and the room was perfect with the gigantic bath!
We will definitely come back during another trip to Scotland.

Outstanding service!
Wonderful dinner, and the breakfast - just wow!

beautiful.

Everything about this. The warm gesture of the staff (shout out to Millie🤗), the view, the vibes, the peacefulness, the price, food, and so much more. I would 100% recommended.
4.1
Dinner good, but exspensive. Staff friendly. Bed comfy which you should expect at a 4Star hotel.
Certain areas need to be revamped, breakfast room had ripped chairs, and rotten window frames, dirty skirting boards.
Our room hadn’t been cleaned properly. The sliding wardrobe doors were stiff to open and close, they made a load noise. Tea facilities could be better placed, they were inside the wardrobe. The TV was not really watchable as you could not get a signal. The shower was substandard. Breakfast below par, was charged a £7 service charge for eggs Benedict, quite a few items had a surcharge which I don’t think is acceptable, when your paying quite a substantial amount to stay there.

stunning property with dogs allowed always a bonus
staff members looked down on myself and my partner because we don’t look like there regular clientele very sad we actually stayed there to have a look at it for our wedding very disappointed 😩
4.1
-the history and artifacts displayed in several place in the property.
- the park surrounding it.
a) the breakfast at £25/ person for 1.25 toasts, 1 small piece of butter, a dry omelette, 3 spoonful of plain yogurt with 1 strawberry and 5 blueberries is a pure ripoff!
b) the cleanliness of the bath room and room.
c) service at breakfast place is way below par and the lady running the place is the most unfriendly we have seen in our many trips abroad.

We were blown away by this Hotel and was the perfect location for our visit to Bennachie Forest for a work trip. The staff were amazing and our room was really comfortable and Immaculately clean. The only little downside was the food was a little on the expensive side however it was excellent quality and the service was brilliant. Will definitely be back.

Stunning location, delicious food, comfortable room

Walking in the grounds.
Catering prices, for food, and wine have risen considerably..

the food and staff were really good
Our daughter got married at Pittodrie House 20 years ago and we felt there had been no upgrades to the rooms or decor in the public places, that made it look very tired. The hotel was very quiet at the time we were there and the room we got had a view of rooftops multiple pipes and wires and not particularly appealing, also something was banging outside the window all night, we did report it to reception and told the problem would be attended too

all the staff especially the receptionists were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but not exceptional .We did not have dinner as it was very expensive for what was on offer and the drink in the bar was expensive as well. The room was really nice and very spacious and quiet.
the only thing to complain of was the price of food and drink and as the hotel was quite isolated there was nothing near to try instead.

The location was superb - rolling hills and landscaped gardens. The breakfast was good too although for something as simple as eggs florentinve there was a supplement of £7!
The cost of room service. £12.00 for an egg mayonnaise sandwich is ridiculous but then with a tray charge of £7.95 this meant the best part of £20 for a sandwich! My sister paid over £30 for 5 soft drinks most of which were herbal teas. A pint of diet coke was £6. These prices would not be out of place in London but Pittodrie is not in London and we all deemed them excessive.

Wonderful evening meal, very friendly service, served in a fantastic setting.
Everything was lovely
4.1
The room was large. The breakfast was reasonable.
The hotel is badly in need of refurbishment. An old fireplace in the bedroom had small pieces of stone falling into the grate. The carpets were stained. The paintwork was poor throughout the hotel and windows were painted shut. The fire alarms sounded as smoke from the open fire in the dining room filled the hotel. The instructions to cancel the alarm were inadequate and the staff had no experience / training in how to manage the fire alarm system. Dates on electrical appliances indicated PAT testing years out of date. The suspect chimney had visible signs of external cracks, smoke damage and blocked vents in the chimney pot. The fire alarm was not linked to the fire station.

The warm welcome and the attentiveness of team members
The building itself is beautiful and historic
Dinner and breakfast were exceptional
Nothing could have been better

beautiful country house hotel with excellent restaurant and amazingly efficient and nice staff
room requested was a suite but our room was a room with a separate bedroom with twin beds. No sofa or separate sitting area. lovely room though but not a suite!

Beautiful period property set in stunning grounds.

They were very accommodating with a snack upon our check in as we traveled most of the day and did not have a reservation for dinner. The breakfast was nice and worth the money. The dinner was a bit short on value yet presented well and was cooked with a nice flavor.
Dinner could be a bit better for the price.
4.1
The setting, the staff and the food.
Amenities. Not enough things to do within the property. If they had leisure activities (shooting, golf, archery, 4x4 excursions, etc) this would be a 10 hands down.
4.1
Situation of hotel. Friendly, obliging staff.
Hôtel very cold in bar dining room and lounge. Toiletries very limited. Breakfast quantity much reduced from many previous visits
4.1
setting is very good
cold and very overpriced.
4.1
Hotel grounds and building were very grand and picturesque
The bathroom sink was blocked, the water excessively hot , the decor was shabby and carpet stained. Staff seemed disinterested and lacked the courtesy expected . The breakfast choice ,quality and service was extremely poor.
