Comfortable bed staff respectful and helpful. Breakfast needs improvement.

Breakfast poor bacon mushrooms eggs overdone.

Right next to the motorway, great comfy bed, check out 12pm!

- This is only convenient if it suits you being next to the motorway. In my case, it was perfect coming straight off the motorway and into this hotel car park. - I booked a large double bed which felt like a dream. Very comfy. - The facilities were great, had a little table with chairs, big TV with streaming connection to your phone, nice bathroom etc. - Check out is 12pm - perfect!

- I didn't have any problems or dislikes during my short stay.

The breakfast was good.

My experience at check-in was not at all promising. Along with two other guests, we waited for approximately 10 to 15 minutes before any staff member appeared to process our arrivals. (This was early evening on Thursday 7 December). This probably wasn't the fault of any member of staff in particular - but perhaps was a result of short-staffing? It was a very disappointing start to the stay.

It was a great place for our family to meet pre wedding the next day.

One of the children in our group was sick in the bathroom just after they went to bed. I asked reception if they had house keeping who could help. A lady soon appeared and did a fabulous job with no complaints. We were eternally grateful.

I thought the wine was too expensive and one of the reasons our child was sick was because the only size of a still apple juice was a pint. We should never have let him drink it all!

An excellent overnight experience

The hotel presented well with a Christmas ambiance. The room was large, the bed was comfortable and the facilities were excellent.

Blooming marvelous 😀

Room was so comfortable for all of us. Food was delicious. Staff were so kind and friendly. Really nice area. An extra cool thing was how you are trying to be more eco friendly by explaining the happy towel and you also had a recycling part to the bin. I appreciate that so much.

Could be better

Good sized bed, decent room pretty standard, plenty of parking.

When we checked in we made sure with reception that the room service was 24HRS as we knew we’d want food when returning from an event that night. They assured us it was so we didn’t go buy any. When we got back and rang up for room service they told us the kitchen was closed, I said we had been promised it was 24HRS. The guy kind of sighed and said all they could make was a chicken avocado sandwich nothing else on the 24HR list. We went with that rather than go hungry and it was fine if a little messy because they didn’t cut it in half or provide cutlery for us to do so. We would happily have brought our own food with us but reception guaranteed room service was 24HRS as advertised so it was disappointing to then find different.

Superb

The room was neat and well organised . The breakfast was superb with friendly 👌 staffs.

There was no refrigerator in the room which was not too pleasant.

Good clean modern rooms quiet hotel. Secure parking . 30 mins on overland train to central London. Right on A2 easy to find

Poor, not up to the standard expected

Check in was fine.

No pressure on the shower. Pillows are terrible. no comfort. Receptionist looked bored and uninviting. Got a call from another room when i was sleeping waking me up.

Good

The room was big (booked Accessible on ground floor) and lovely big wet room. Plenty of towels. HUGE bed, 4 pillows wide.

Room wasn't touched when I went out so no milk, only 1 teabag, bins untouched, bed unmade. Asked for milk at reception & told there wasn't any so taken to Bar & given small pot of milk. Young barman then found 6 small pots. Did not agree with having to pay £7 per night to park in car park.
