Nice hotel in the woods of Gelderland, with a swimmingpool, restaurant, terrace and tenniscourt. The parkingspace is good, rooms are tidy, meals are good (even in COVID times) and personell is nice. Hotel is easlily to be found.
Dinner was served late (had to wait a full hour for the first course), second towel was hidden away in de wardrobe, and had a hole in it. Special coffee (French and Italian coffee) was disappointing and too expensive. Of course, during COVID lockdown, serving customers is more of a challenge, but from a worldwide label like Fletcher Hotels I expect better value for money. The hotel is situated near to a busy highway, so the sound of cars and trucks passing is ever present (although not too loud and inside the rooms not audible).

Checking in and out went smoothly.
This hotel is ruining the environment and they have been doing it for years. They put curtains in front of the radiators wasting precious heat every single winter! They are radiators, they radiate their heat! They are not convectors! This company is deliberately ruining the environment and making its guests pay for the privilege of doing that since their highly inflated heating bill increases the price of your stay!
The staff at breakfast complained that the guests were using to many porcelain cups. It should be clear this was not the case, the hotel just is insufficiently stocked and clearly incompetent.
The shower in the bathroom was way too small for a regular person to shower comfortably in while there was more than enough space left in the bathroom as a whole.

Mostly it was ok but at the 3rd floor, in 2 rooms that we had were a lot of dead flys, it was like 20 when we firt get in the rooms and then they keep coming inside our room and die after, but they come from nowhere, there was no open door or window ! 👎🏼

Breakast and dinner were great. Room a bit warm and carpet could do with cleaning.

Location close to park
Not that clean, no door net for insects, poor lighting, uncomfortable chairs, old towels

Everything else was alright, though I felt a little out of place between the older people being a 24-year-old man with piercings.
The room cleaning service kept waking me up at 9 am and the blinds let too much light through for my liking. Nothing else besides that.

It was amazing !

We enjoyed our breakfast especially the fresh bread
Our room was small dirty smelly and one socket, and we had two bike batteries and two telephone to charge (no room in the bike shed) the bath was so slippery I couldn't stand up in it to shower I had to sit on the side of the bath to shower and needed help getting out,no hand towels in the room only bath towels, it was overall not a pleasant experience my clothes felt damp and smelt terrible I had to put them all in wash when we got home,it's quite possible that it was the worst room we have ever stayed in NEVER AGAIN ( Comfort double room with terrace) when we checked out and he asked if we enjoyed our stay we told him no and our thoughts about the room and he told us that was the room we booked, but it was much smaller than on the photos on your site, and he said all those rooms were so small which was not true we saw terrace rooms much bigger, and gave us no excuse as for why the room smells and cobwebs on the lamp and curtains. And in any hotel the least you expect is clean and comfortable and this was neither !!!!

Food and beverage great. Dinner tasty but why breakfast self service in corona period. We travel all over Israel and never had it. Strange
Larger room since we came with few suitcases there was no place to move

Well organized even during the lockdown, with room service for breakfast and dinner.
A lot of nice hiking paths in the area.
The room was not well insulated, you could hear everything from the neighbors room.

Upon arrival the receptionist gave the impression of a Camp Commandant which was not a good start. Later in the evening we were kept waiting for 90 mins for our starter to arrive, which was then followed by a main course which was terrible and had to be returned. The evening was then finished off with having to remove multiple unordered items from the bill and then going back to our room where the very well used and smelly bathroom hasn't seen an upgrade since the 1980's. Breakfast the following morning was not much better and kudos to the chef who managed the burn the bacon meat and leave the fat uncooked. That takes a certain special skill. All in all a terrible stay but that said, what few overworked staff were there, they did try their very best and as a seasoned traveller, I would place the blame for poor overall quality of the hotel squarely at the feet of the manager.

It was a good location , good room and excellent breakfast for the price. Good value for money
