Oslo est une capitale chère donc l’hôtel est dans les standards.

Dans le centre-ville, tout se fait à pied. Personnel sympathique.

Un peu de poussière dans un recoin. Porte-savon pour les mains cassé.

Excellent hotel, helpful and friendly staff at desk, restaurant and in hotel services

Very central, good rooms,breakfast and a tv we could use! Great hairdryer too.

There were no voiles at the window and we were overlooked so had to keep the curtains drawn most of the time( which were blackout). Wasn’t keen on blue ceiling either.

Séjour très agréable et emplacement plutôt calme

Hôtel à proximité du port, des transports, du centre ville. Personnel à l’écoute. Petit déjeuner buffet proposant de larges choix.

Il manque juste quelques étagères pour y mettre ses vêtements mais ce n’est qu’un détail sinon RAS

Séjour très agréable

Le petit déjeuner était parfait, très varié. L’emplacement excellent, transport en commun à proximité, restos aussi et lieux touristiques.

Good location but untrusty/unprofessional staff

Location is great. Close to the center. Breakfast was small but had everything.

For the last 20 years, me and my partner have been in a lot of countries and, you can imagine, lots of hotels. This hotel in Oslo, to our huge surprise, is the only untrusty one we have encountered during all our trips on 6 continents. We forgot a bag with shoes in our room when we checked out. Few hours after our check-out we contacted the property, via booking messages, numerous calls, email exchanges in order to get info how to retrieve our bag. Impossible communication with the hotel, unprofessional and sad behavior. They do not care if you forget something. Yes, it is only shoes one might say, but the profound unwillingness to help an ex-customer (never again a customer of this hotel), was astonishing. To the futur customers - do not forget anything in your room, as you will never get back what you lost. We are disappointed in the staff. And yet, we wish them all the best.

Standardhotel ohne viel Komfort. Frühstück gut. Lage ca. 400 m bis zum Hafen und der Festung.

Die Parkmöglichkeit in Oslo ist schwierig. Das nächste Parkhaus liegt ca. 500 m vom Hotel entfernt.

Greate value/price combination

Location and cleanness. Also, maybe we were just lucky, but I didn't hear neighbors at all - it was a very quiet stay. All room facilities were working as expected.

The only thing I found inconvenient was the shower. It required 2 days to learn how to use it without flooding the floor.

Schönes Stadthotel mit sehr guter Lage

Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum in einer Seitenstraße, jedoch sehr ruhig .Sehr gutes Frühstück,freundliches Personal.

Keine Reinigung der Zimmer bzw. wurden die Betten nicht richtig gemacht. Lediglich Tausch neuer Handtücher auf Wunsch.

Tolle Lage, freundliches Personal. Aber einige Zimmer nicht „superior“

Perfekte Lage um Oslo zu erkunden

1. Zimmer „Superior“ direkt neben dem sehr lauten Aufzugschacht. Reklamiert, neues Zimmer: 3 Etagen höher - direkt neben dem lärmenden Aufzugschacht. Wieder reklamiert, nach 2x umziehen und 45 min später hatte ich dann ein „vernünftiges“ Zimmer. Bei den Preisen hätte ich das von Anfang an erwartet.

Get your house keeping upto spec , it’s very bad

Good location

House keeping was terrible. Beds not made properly , room and toilets half cleaned. Actually unbelievable.

Convenient and worth the price

The staff were friendly and helpful for our checkin and out. Super convenient location, lots of restaurants shops and more nearby. Easy to get everywhere by walking and public transportation.

Pleasant stay

Staff were very helpful and friendly, booked with breakfast included, great value and it was a great selection. Room was ideal for what we needed as we were out most of the time. Lovely heated floor in the bathroom and very soft water from the walk in shower. 5 minute walk from City Centre. Would stay again.

Et flott valg.

Hotellet ligger bra til, en kort spasertur fra flytoget, enda kortere vei til Tbanen. Det er kort avstand til butikker og museer. Flott innreddet rom som var veldig rent og ryddig. Kort avstand til Karl Johan. Jeg var veldig fornøyd med oppholdet.

The location, for us, was perfect in the centre of the City. The room was clean and comfortable and provided all that we required. Breakfast was very good

Great location for walking to museums and the harbor.

Location is excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned every day without having to ask.

Bathroom shower set up is not great-without a door the water floods into the other bathroom area and you have to mop up the water with towels. Would be nice to have two pillows per person instead of one.

Good enough stay, great location, hotel feels a bit outdated

The location of the hotel was great, very central. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We could do the check-in online which was convenient. The shower was good and the bed comfortable.

The room itself felt a bit outdated. It was quite small and there was barely any closet space. There were a few small open shelves and that was it. Definitely not enough to put away your clothes and the nightstand was only a shelf which on my side already had the phone on it, leaving barely any space for anything else. In the bathroom we missed a bath mat and enough rails/ hooks to leave wet towels. All in all the stay was fine, but not amazing.
