Nadia - the receptionist - was awesome. Her very detailed messages made the arrival and stay much more comfortable.
Decent parking space (paid extra).
Clean bed linens.
Multiple things were less than satisfactory.
Negatives:
Room (3.5 x 3.5 m) is relatively small for 6 persons.
No room ventilation except the window.
Window opens up to a semi-active street and a very active train station! Trains stop innno more than 20 meter from the window.
With the window open you will have a night filled with: train station annoumcements, seagulls, people on the street, speeding motorcycles, trains stopping by with engines on (all throught the night).
People moving into the hostel disrespected the quiet hours (11pm - 7am). I had to get up past midnight to ask a german family to quiet down, as they were doing their german stuff very loudly in the corridors& the bathroom.
Thus, you will have very poor sleep if you are a light sleeper.
Hot water in the showers - spotty with a weak stream. That was ... an experience.
The surroundings of the hostel is a train station area with plenty "colourful" locals.

It's not that clean.
The toilet is really inconvenient and uncomfortable. The shower just moldy...

Location is good. Rooms are clean. Staff was very welcoming.
It was a bit cold during the night. Because of the weather, the central heating was off, but still it was a little bit cold. Maybe in the future a small oil radiator would help to raise the room temperature.

A very friendly welcome.
The bed was made with clean sheets and a towel was provided.
We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was very very small. There was no closet, just a small table. The floor was not cleaned and we did not want to put our things on the dirty floor. The communal shower and toilet were not cleaned during the two days we stayed here. Only the dustbin was emptied.

The building may not be top of the pops but room was wide and beds comfortable, the property clearly has put some effort in renewing the facility and that commands respect. It has an old soviet-like feel to it which I personally find charming. Bear in mind there is no real kitchen if you are planning to cook your own food.

I liked everything very much. Especially helpfulness and communication of the registrar. A warm welcome and farewell. We were with children. Everything is reachable by hand - the old town, by train 3Omin. - the sea. We will definitely come back.

I think they need to provide better bed to sleep.

Location brilliant, cheap, nice staffer, but run-down, tacky, slightly dirty and clearly overrated at 8 at booking. It is worth a 6.5. Do not go if you are particular about dirt & tackyness (and I am not very much, but still). What you get corresponds the price.

I came late, however, the stuff gave me all necessary instructions how to check in as well as how to get to the place. The location is great plus there's a supermarket in the shopping center next door.
Guys, let's think green and switch off the TV at night ☺️

The owners are friendly.
It would be good to install any heating in the off-season when it is very cold.
Do not use the microwave to heat food, only water.

Looking for a cheap hostel? Look no further. Great location. Cheap prices and very comfortable bed. We were here for two nights. For the price, is great. There is complimentary coffee which I appreciated and towels. We were able to do early check-in as well. We may be back in Summer time. Please note room number 24 does not have black curtains, therefore you will wake up as soon as the light is up. Bring an eye mask.
Kitchen has a microwave and a fridge but is way too far from being clean. (Just eat out). They charge you for any additional service, which is fair considering the cheap price of the room but must be taken into account. We wanted to leave our backpacks before check-in and after check-out. Hostels usually offer this for free. Not this hostel. Wanna live your backpack before? 5Euro. Wanna live them after? 5Euro. It worked for use bc we were three but if you are alone, it may be pricey and you may consider as you are choosing your hostel.
There was no one at the desk. Never. It was fine for us as we did not needed advice or anything but if you are travelling alone, please consider it, if something happen, there is no one to ask there. I do not know if is always this way or just the days we were there.
