Great place

The property location is great just a couple minutes walk to the beach. The room is spectacular, clean and comfortable. All the staffs are helpful and friendly. Had been staying at the place every time when visit pattaya and will choose to continue to stay at this place for next time.

Excellent Location - great stay and I would stay there again if I go back to Pattaya

We had the 2 bedroom and it was spacious. Just a little tight in the hallway to passthrough but no bggie. It was very modern and the beds were comfy. The jack&jill bathroom with the vinyl see-though walls was awkward but doable. Location was great, many places are walking distance (2 big malls, night markets, 7-11, beach and many places to eat). Do not miss the night market with the huge plane. The food was great. Get there early before things run out. Our stay was great and the staff was super helpful & welcoming.

I least like was Housekeeping. 2 of the 4 nights they didn't get to our room till late. We had spent the entire day out and returned to our room still uncleaned. We just opted for new towels and toilet paper. Note, they only provided 1 toilet paper per day for a 2 bedroom with 4 adults. Warning: At checkout, they check the room for missing items and apparently there was a laundry bag missing, which we've never seen before or paid mind to check the room when we checked in. When checking in your room, give it a good walk-through to make sure everything that is inventoried before they charge you 300Baht for a laundry bag that was never there and accused of taking. Otherwise, great stay and I would stay there again if I go back to Pattaya just bring your own toilet paper or as they call it "tissue".

空間寬敞，靠近市中心

空間美觀舒適，床很好睡。距離看秀的地點很近，走路十分鐘內就有百貨商場可以購物或者添購伴手禮(terminal 21, bigC)。飯店人員態度親切，退房時會即刻派人去檢查房間，有幫我們找到忘記帶的外套。

浴室有一面墻面是毛玻璃正對著主臥，如果想要開著燈抽風房間會太亮。

Over expectation :)

Comfort bed & pillow. The room is quite large compared to other hotels with a similar price range. Bathroom is excellent. There is a rainshower & bathtub. Bathtub is big and clean. Water is hot enough for relaxing after a long day. Hotel is very close to the beach (3-5 min walk). There are family mart & 7-11 nearby.

A very good outings and enjoyed my time.

Situated on a quiet street (soi 4). However within walking distance to shopping mall (Terminal 21 and Central Marina Pattaya), Pattaya Beach. All you need is to walk to the main street (Pattaya Beach Road or Pattaya Sai Song) and hop onto a Songtaew (pickup truck taxi). Paid 10THB per person for single trip.

a bit of time to figure out the TV remote control. Just be mindful that the room's floor design with different heights.

Great location (apart from the pool on the side of a road and in the shade) Room smelt of cigarettes

Great location

Aircon ductwork means people smoking in their rooms affects the whole side of that floor. My room stank of smoke everyday. Some mornings I felt sick.

the room and the balcony are really nice and clean, the bathroom is fine, the location is really good if you want to hang out at the beach or go to a sportsbar

the construction site right next to the hotel made it impossible, really absolutely impossible to have a quiet moment between 7am and 8pm

Exceptional stay in the heart of Central Pattaya!

Overall it was a pleasant and exceptional accommodation and service. The room has bigger space with bathtub, cabinet, toiletries, mini fridge, TV, WiFi, and Patio. There’s even chairs, coffee table, and telephone across the elevator. The team is amazing and the food is excellent!

Hotel Vista

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room was very nice lovely dressing gowns was a nice touch. They cleaned the room everyday to a high standard and replenished the toiletrys. The breakfast was very good with a great choice of food. Something for everyone. Thanks Hotel Vista.

There is building work opposite side of Soi 4,but as we were out all day not a big problem for us.

Good stay if communication was good

Good location and good room, Good for families and groups tour

Replying to massages sent by customers about changes in advance, non the property or the Booking team reply to me on changes dates which leave me checkout earlier and paid all full amounts. Need more fixabilities and co operation.
