Comfortable staying

Everything is ok, all you need is equipped. It’s a traditional hotel but everything is in order. The reception or host is friendly and so on.

Todo muy básico

Tenía balcón.

Podrían mejorar la limpieza. El desayuno era de lo más básico. Se equivocaron y no nos reservaron plaza de aparcamiento y el personal de recepción no era muy agradable.

Персонала мил и отзивчив.Ранното настаняване не беше проблем.Прекрасна ,предварително охладена стая.Местоположението на хотела е чудесно.Бих посетила този уютен хотел отново!!!

Superb

Great location near the old town. Breakfast was good. Be careful to read the booking message carefully and to ask for parking in advance. But you can also park on a street near the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Exceptional

Great location, friendly staff, ready to help in any case. Extremely large room, comfortable, with a beautiful view on the park. Breakfast and coffee excellent. Accommodation for every recommendation 😊

Not so bad

- The great location, near to old city center. There is a lot of cafes and restaurants in the nearby - Good cleaning - New and fresh towels and bed sheets

- The main disappoint is parking. It was listed that private parking is provided, no one sentence about additional payment. To be honest it was the main point why we chose this hotel. At the end it turned to paid parking - 15 lev per night for the tiny place. - The hotel still keep “Soviet Units” design - Our windows were out to the busy street, where was a lot of noise from driving through cars. In addition the outside hotel ad shined into the room. In combination with poor curtains it make the sleep really uncomfortable

breakfast, Aminities (All eminities, even use& throw sleepers are removed due to covid restrictions) then why prices are soaring up?? Shall I carry all items with me from y home?? then why to rent a hotel and not a guest-house?? Even OYO rooms are providig a travel pouch with such items. overall qualty is not matching with the price charged.

Disappointing

The rooms need repairing. The pillows are uncomfortable. The air conditioner in our room was as old as the hills. The parking is small and it's difficult to reach it because the entrance is very narrow. Breakfast is served by the staff, and we had to wait for it for quite a long time.

Extremely good value for money.

Extremely clean, large room, car parking on site at rear, view to hill opposite. Breakfast was wonderful: you are given a choice of 4 options from a menu, cooked immediately so nice and hot. Staff lovely.

Excellent staff, good value for money and good location

Pros: 1- Excellent staff. I would give 10 out of 10 2. Location - not too far from old town and bus station 3. Good value for money 4. Room size is good and clean. My room has a large balcony 5. Breakfast is good

1. WiFi is slow. There is room for improvement 2. There is only one power point for the mini bar, electric kettle and my computer; therefore I could only use one at a time.

Close to the city center

10 minutes walking to the city center. Free parking space across the street. Simple but tasty breakfast.

The room was clean but smelt smoke. Although we opened the windows for fresh air, we couldn't sleep all night because of the bad smell. The next day we asked to change room and they were really willing to help us (that's a plus!). The second room was fine. However, the whole hotel smells bad.

The management was supporting finally and offer also free breakfast as compensation.

The service at the recemption was disaster. My wife (she was traveling with this booking) had to pay again although I had paid in advance. It took quite some time and multiple calls with the management until we get the money back, but it cost some extra time and inconvinince. The room was clean but it was obvious someone has smoked in the roon as it was smelling quite strong on cigaretes. They offer another room, but there the fridge was too laud so my wife finally give up and stay in this room.

The hotel is in a very good location. The staff is really nice and helpful. The room was outdated but ok. The bed was a bit hard.
