Breakfast was very good. Quiet area. Good shower.
Bathroom could do with being updated. Window was very old and didn’t open properly. Room could do with decorating

Excellent location directly opposite St. Pancras station.
Room was tiny and cramped

I just needed a basic good value room to spend the night. Good breakfast included was a bonus.

Peaceful old Town Home in a historic Islington neighbourhood. The Grave of Karl Marx is nearby.
The Town Home is very run down. Bathroom door opens and closes only with great force. Hot and cold water faucets are separate. Water temperature is very unstable.

localisation
Ne pas avoir pu prendre notre petit déjeune pour 2 minutes de retard.... Personnel peu aimable. Mobilier très rustique et abimé.

Easy to get to. Free parking is an asset in London. The location is perfect for the football.
The bathroom could have done with a little TLC .

The staff and helpers involved in the hotel were very friendly and made the stay very pleasant. It's located in an easy to get to part of central London so excellent for those who dislike driving in and around central London. It has dedicated parking which is a huge bonus and is a short walk from the nearest zone 2 tube station.
The bed we stayed on had a very well worn mattress with a noticeable dip in the middle. The facilities felt a little dated like it had been a long while since there was any redecorating. At times it felt a bit more like a shared house than a hotel but for the price, location and the staff, it wouldn't put me off attending again.

I really liked the location of the hotel, it was super close to the tube station which gave super easy access to the wider city.
The staff were also lovely and accommodating.
The hotel itself was very run down, and needs a lot of work. The facilities were very rough, broken furniture, bad paint jobs etc.
the check in and out process were also very odd.

very outdated .. needs a little bit of love and care windows need attention.

Pre stay communication was very good and responsive. The staff were very polite and helpful. 12 noon check in is great and car parking was a huge reason for staying. We were also allowed to leave the car there on the day of departure. The breakfast was nice and hot. Water/shower were fine. Towels & bedding were clean.
The addition of tea/coffee making facilities in the room would be beneficial. I paid £150 for 1 night but parking and breakfast was included. The property could do with a spruce up but overall I would stay again.

Location. Friendliness of staff. Breakfast was really good. Coffee. Car parking.
Bathroom facilities were the worst and not being able to have a shower crossed the line of acceptance/tolerance. Then general decor could seriously be improved with basic things like a functional curtain, a lamp, etc. The general maintenance needs attention.

It was terrible
Everything, it was the worse hotel I've been in London

The staff were very welcoming and nice to me. Despite the fact that my name was spelt wrong on client list. They helped me get the matter resolved quickly and swiftly. Plus gave me plenty of time to get my stuff out of the room and get ready to leave. Can't say enough good things about them.
You could smell a disgusting scent from the drainage in the bathroom and the shower drain was broken needs to be fixed in room 14. Plus the hotel room door was a bit stiff hard to get open.

They do not provide hairdryer

Clean room overall, bed was comfortable, free parking in private secure car park, breakfast was lovely, location was good for us - short taxi drive to O2 academy Islington.
Room was acceptable for price but definitely building in general good do with a good bit of TLC and renovations. Cold water tap on room 5 runs even when tap is shut - not good for water bill. Light above mirror in bathroom also didn't work so very dark - no light in shower cubicle either.

Great staff, very responsive and professional.
I could not be happier with a b&b booking.

Nice personnel and nice breakfast. The bed sheets were white and clean, and the bed itself was comfortable. The location is pretty convenient - only 10 min from the underground. The closest local store is 5 min from the hotel.
The shower cabin needs replacement or serious repair. The windows are not closing tight, so it could be cold in the room during the winter.

To our convenience location was okay.
DON'T BOOK HERE, NO HOT WATER.
This is our personal experience. It's not HOTEL It's Charlie B&B.
Shame I can't select zero stars, as this place is a complete dump. Do yourself a favour and look somewhere else it will be worth money the amount that you spend in this place spent elsewhere and do your health no good as no hot water. The shower, toilet and sink area is very tight to move around. Stayed over for 1 night luckily.
My friend met the worst lady (the reception) when he reported no hot water, the response was will get plumber tomorrow. Twin bedroom but one bed was broken. Mattresses are not comfortable.
The walls are not noise insulated you can hear water gushing when flush is used. You can hear floor boards cricking from above room when people are walking. The carpet is dusty and skirting are dusty and unclean along with paint peeling off. Not worth the night.
Good pair of towel, hair & body wash and soap used for drying face after brush but of no use as there was no water just for shower.
Downstairs room No.14 and near the window there is landing with a stool at around 21.30 hour a guest decided to make a point of call conversation.
No 24 hour reception, was heading out at around 6am for checkout.
Knocked on the door, lady open the door with her pyjamas very upset and snatched the key of my hand irrespective and went ufff , rude gesture showing disrespect for no absolutely reason.
Avoid at all cost!

The staff were friendly, the breakfast and coffee was good
I left the hotel to go to work at 9.30am, early that morning I came up with lots of red, itchy spots. I visited a local chemist and was told they looked like bed bug bites

Location was great. The room itself was good.
Loud music late night downstairs

Absolutely nothing.
There was a stain on our bedsheet. The staff were really rude, they made us pay twice for our rooms because of a mistake on their end (booking.com ended up refunding us for this). The owner was incredibly condescending when I spoke to him on the phone. We paid for a double room but the bed was not a double bed. Our shower was broken, the water options were too hot or even hotter. The breakfast was very underwhelming. The free parking was impossible to find, we ended up getting a ticket whilst asking were the parking was. Overall I could not recommend this place any less.
