Foarte frumos

Locația super frumoasă mai ales terasa restaurantului, personalul serviabil, camera mare.

Micul dejun ar trebui mai variat, am avut zilnic oua.

Neplacut

La Vila Reyna ne-au placut urmatoarele: vederea din camera spre mare, patul confortabil si restaurantul care are mancare foarte buna.

Am avut probleme cu fereastra care nu se inchidea si batea si se auzea vantul continuu. Acest lucru s-a rezolvat a doua zi dupa ce am facut sesizare. In camera nu s-a facut curatenie in cele 4 zile cat am stat. Un bec la baie nu functiona si tot acolo am gasit si o urechelnita.

Sejur superb

Ne-a plăcut totul. Am fost cazați în camera 6, cu o priveliște de vis. Camera este spațioasă si luminoasa. Restaurantul Reyna este de nota 10, mâncare foarte bună începând cu micul dejun. Ne vom întoarce cu siguranță.

Amazing food and location

Breakfast is amazing and the location is very good. Their restaurant is also very popular and the food is amazing.

A balcony would've been good, but I didn't mind.

Good accommodation with good food in its restaurant.

Great location on the clifftop above the beach. The room was very comfortable and clean. You might not choose a room with a sea view or a balcony but the restaurant downstairs has both. Also the range of food in the restaurant is wide, and it is tasty and well-presented even if the service may be a little difficult to catch when it is busy. The quality and portions of food are good, and the prices fairly typical.

Sadly, despite the good points, it has to be said that the attitude of the management towards smoking is out-of-date compared to modern expectations...the experience of visiting the restaurant was like visiting the Romania of 10 years ago. Smoking is permitted inside the main section of the restaurant, which is clearly an interior space with walls and roof, so cannot claim to be outdoors. Somehow this has evaded the 2016 ban on smoking in restaurant interiors. A small area far back by the reception is reserved for non-smokers, but they still allow the use of vapes and e-cigs there and the cigarette smoke still blows in from the main part of the restaurant, making the "non-smoking" concept unfeasible. This is extraordinary in 2023. So if you are a non-smoker and wish to enjoy the excellent food here, you must sit on the outdoor terrace, where smoking is legal anyway, and just hope that the wind blows in the right direction to not spoil your meal.

Very nice experience

Elegant hotel. Spacious, clean and nicely decorated rooms. Room 7 (the studio) has an amazing view. The restaurant is beautiful. The food was very good and was served quickly ( same for lunch and dinner)

The hotel/restaurant doesn't have parking spaces. The good part is that public parking spaces are available ( approx 5 euros per day)

The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious and the services exceeded our expectations.

We wished we could've stay longer. Maybe next time :)

quite ok, but due to above reasons dont know if we would come back

the staff was very nice and helpfull. the breakfast was nice. good to have a restaurant right in the location. the sea view.

we had the studio because we travelled with 2 kids. floor was making noise while walking on it. the doors also made such a noise when closing/opening - the bath has a problem with setting the water temperature, it did not stay warm. when travelling with kids you need more comfort and quietness while they sleep. also the couch in the living was such a mess, it transformed in a “bed” we couldnt sleep at all, all the parts went in all directions.

overall it's a nice stay, close to the beach, bit far from the city center.

I have stayed in 3 different hotels and all of them had issue with the water flow and temperature, I believe it's common problem in Romania and this hotel was not an exception. In the morning there was no hot water coming. menu selection is everywhere the same.

Makes you want to come back

The room had a great design, was very comfortable and alluring

The breakfast was not that great, only a few choices but the fact that you ate it in such an amazing view made you all forget about it

There is room for better

- The view - The staff was nice and respectful - Close to the beach - Private beach with sunbeds and umbrella included - Breakfast included - Big room

- At the middle of our stay we left the "Please clean the room" sign at the door and the towels on the floor in order for them to be changed. When we came back from the beach we noticed that cleaning the room ment taking out the trash and arranging the bedsheets instead of changing them. The room had not been vacuumed and the most disappointing of all the dirty towels were back on the bathroom rack. Given that the cleaning lady was not available anymore at that hour we used the bathrobes (one of which was ripped) to dry ourselves and the next day I kindly asked her to replace just the face towel. She looked surprised by my request and checked the towel to see if indeed it needed to be changed 😐. This was the most disturbing part of our stay. We did not expect it as the cleaning lady seemed nice otherwise. - Sometimes the water would not heat so we had to shower with cold water - The closing system of the doors is too noisy - The breakfast was tasty but it was based on eggs (omelette and poached) and butter & jam/honey. More diversity would have been great, maybe some pancakes, porridge, fruits etc. - I don't know what cavemen occupied the room before us but they sticked chewing gum under the coffee table. Due to the heat it started to melt and it was dripping there. Good luck we saw it before our baby did. I think they should pay more attention to details and do a thorough check/cleaning to all surfaces. - Smoking was allowed in the restaurant - Lack of a drying stand, which is much needed after you come from the beach
