First of all gave us a free upgrade to the towers. Rooms are great clean and always very welcoming
The price of epicurean buffet is way too expensive for what it is. The food is great but making people pay adult price for a 13 year old is not good

Kids liked the pool slides.
Room had nice views.
Nice big bath tub.
Good room layout.
Long check in line.
Being hurried along to move car from entrance at check in.
Outdoor pool very cold (October).
Indoor pool area messy/dirty, with food, plates and dirty towels.
Pool area closed at 6pm. Poolside Bar closed at 5:30pm. Pool slides only open on weekends.

Nothing to note
I couldn't adjust the room temperature, the price of bottled water was high given there are no alternatives.

The location is superb and the views were amazing
The poor quality of amenities including soaps hair products, coffee etc, for the price of the stay you would expect much better quality in these items. Also the place is a bit outdated.

The breakfast was cold not hot and they don’t have jam honey and vegimate portions they just have bottles of jam
We had dinner at the artuium and the food was cold and not worth $99.00 for Sunday night

Location
Room’s definitely need an update. The carpet, bathroom and overall cleanliness of the room is below the standard of that is expected from an experience at CROWN.

Location
Check-in - took over 30mins.
Chips from the Merrywell had about 1/2 cup of oil on the bottom of the bowl.
Parked in the wrong area (thought we were in the multi level, but we’re actually in the undercroft - which ended up costing $80 for 2 days… could have got a discount through Crown Rewards - but didn’t find this out until afterwards….

Was able to stay an additional night in an upgraded room.
I was upgraded on the previous night stay. When I requested an additional night I did not want to move to another room and had to pay the normal rate

Loved the rooms with the ensuite/bathroom layout.
All the stuff from the valet parking service right through were amazing. As a family, we couldn’t fault the service we received.
The bed heads were worn and dirty. The curtains were lovely, but disappointed that the track wasn’t correctly fitted to the roof and when you open and close the curtains the track would bend.
4.5
As always, it is a great room, and the beds are so comfy.
The staff are very helpful and friendly.
Great location, handy to everything.

Great location and beautiful room.
3.5
room because of the view
not having our room service offered until 3:30pm. we were resting by then!
3.5
Well over priced, people spend enough on the premises , however I feel the rooms, carpets, hallways are becoming a little dated. Which I get, but over all, I do feel it is way over priced.
Room service food has never been good.

Pool, shuttle bus to train station, jogging path along the river
Long queue at check in

Pool facilities are great
Rooms are pretty average for the price you pay. Check in process was terrible - took nearly an hour to check in. Overall the hotel itself is lovely, but the rooms are quite average for the considerable price. Overall, don't book this thinking you'll get a similar level of accommodation to Crown Towers in Perth, this is quite a lot lower in standard.

We actually got upgraded to the Crown Towers as they had over booked rooms. The Towers was amazing.

Nice size room. Bed comfy.
Room wasn’t cleaned as well as it should be. Stayed two night. Put we wanted room cleaned it got forgotten. So rang up to tell them and nothing was said. So I said can I have some towels, toilet roll coffee etc. then finally got it at 6.00 pm at night. Also when I checked out the reception staff didn’t care either. Shame as I liked staying there.

The water for the shower was not very hot.

The view from the terrace was amazing. Food from room service was speedy and delicious. The loft suite is very spacious and has lots of seating for guests. A massive bar area with a dining table and chairs. Good for entertaining.
The apartment was filthy around the edges. Dead bugs and lots of dust on the window sills. Ambiguous stains on the carpet and sofa. Black mould on the terrace. All 3 TV's were playing up and it took about 6 calls and 3 visits from IT to fix them. No cover on the terrace so all the furniture was soaked through on arrival. Spa bath was missing some pieces so if you put your hand or body in the wrong place you would get sucked up with great force. Tiles were all aged around the edges. Decor and furniture is dated and worn. The $1300 a night price tag was not worth it at all for all the things that were wrong and I wish I had of chosen another hotel to celebrate my wedding and honeymoon.
3.5
the view and dine in breakfast
just wanted a little more info on how the rooms work eg lighting ect as we haven’t stayed in a hotel like that before we didn’t realise you needed to insert the card to get everything working so it took us little while to figure it out.
