Good hotel value for money

The receptionist was helpful on arriving gave restaurant recommendations as I don't eat meat. Room comfortable, good shower and bath. Free safe, use of hot water for drinks, free safe in room. A good choice for breakfast. Was central.

The location for trams was excellent. Gods restaurants nearby.

As nice to stay as ever but tiny sink in bathroom was inadequate.

The staff are always very helpful and the continental breakfasts provide all I ever need. I particularly like using one of the breakfast tables out in the rear courtyard.

The sink in the bathroom was the smallest you could possibly squeeze in because of the tiny space available. As someone that prefers to wet shave it was problematic and the glass shelf above it prevented me from washing my face off in it. Fortunately, the shower was very good with plentiful hot water at a good pressure.

Good value for the price.

Hotel Margit is located close to the main train station in Munich. The tram-stop is conveniently located around the corner for ease of transport to the main city attractions. The room was clean and staff are very friendly. The breakfast room is small and basic, however provided a good variety of food items to choose from.

It would be an improvement to update the interior-look.

Günstig zum Hauptbahnhof und zu den Wiesen gelegen

2 Einzelbetten, zum ruhigen Innenhof gelegen, bequem. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hbf und nah bei den "Wiesen". Großes Bad mit Fenster, Gepäckaufbewahrung. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Kopfkissen geht so, ist aber sehr individuell. Frühstück mit viel Abgepacktem.

A good experience in München

The hotel is in a good position for visiting the city. It is near the main train station. The tram stop is around the corner. It is possible to get on foot to the center. Breakfast is simple in a little room with sweet and salty food. Staff was always kind. Near the hotel there are two different kind of good restaurants.

The value was amazing for the price, I would stay here again!

Everything! I had low expectations based on the price, but it was a really nice, clean room with lots of space for 4 people. Plus the breakfast was so good and convenient.

GREAT German hotel in an easily accessible spot in Munich! This was our first stop on our 2 week European trip. Staff were very helpful, room was clean and quaint, breakfast was wonderful, and location worked very well for us!

Checking in and out was a breeze. The hotel was clean and our stay was comfortable. The breakfast was good.

Well located charming hotel

Good location. Very close to public transport. Walking distance from many restaurants. Walking distance from the Tollwood Christmas Market. Reasonable price. Friendly staff. Adequate breakfast. Old world charm.

Good hotel and breakfast but bad attitude staff

Location near central station and good breakfast

The receptionist staff and management, in polite on yo ocation.We were teased for just drink of water after operation and secondly after we came back, to the hotel accusing us of purposely wetting the bathroom floor

Good comfy bed and reasonable bathroom. Very good breakfast facilities but room is a little small but there is outside space if the weather is good. An easy walk form the main station. If you're running behind schedule they can leave a key outside in a lock up box.

Fridge could do with updating as it looked like one of those camping fridges that don't work that well. It was also a little dirty!

Great staff, very clean and comfortable, good location.

Wonderful staff. Very clean. Nice selection for the cold breakfast. Pleasant garden area outside for breakfast or to enjoy a beer or water from the hotel’s cooler.

The hotel is conveniently located near a main thoroughfare and restaurants, which can mean noise until about 11 pm but after that it’s reasonably quiet. Just be aware of the trade offs. There is an elevator but you’ll need to negotiate a few steps so it’s not suitable for anyone who absolutely can’t do steps.

Disappointing

Location is very convenient. The room is clean. The room had a fan, which was great to have during the heat wave. Breakfast was adequate.

Wifi was unuseable on first floor. It got better on higher floors. The shower leaked. Very few choices of TV channels.
