They told me I had to pay 1300 mxn, I paid 1600! Why would the page tell me it is a price and then I got charged more!

Breakfast was good. Service was very good. Omar, the night clerk, spoke English and helped me with some problems.
Close to the beach.
TV difficult to turn on - until explained. Toilet very dirty under rim. 24/7 clanking from shower pipe. Was partly fixed.
A mild overcharge of $8 for entire stay. Was under impression my card would be charged just before arrival. It was not - lucky I brought it with me. Isisdro, my taxi driver, wonderful and informative

Easily walkable to beach past local residences
Eggs and beans at breakfast were good. And the breakfast ladies were always warm and welcoming.
The staff was very approachable and considerate.
-TV did not work when clicked power button. Not once entire week stay. I went days without TV, which I tolerated because I was there for the beach. But under normal circumstances, not okay.
-Dryer broken and wasn't informed before washing clothes so packed luggage full of wet clothing.
-Bedside table broken and most furniture had exposed inner woodwork that was soiled.
-Light switches all soiled and on any electronics as if it never had been thoroughly cleaned in a long time.
-Hot showers are not hot. I'm usually okay with occasional tepid but it never once steamed hot.
-Overall cleanliness in room is run down with exposed inner woodwork and door did not operate well.
-Breakfast is chiliqueles every morning with same fruit&yogurt&donuts.
***I'm also not lost on the standard difference between cultures and this is one of those moments where the hotel category standard difference was very noticeable. This wasn't just my experience but saw it repeated.***

price was reallly cheap
it was way too small: rooms and beds. The Concierge not so kind, and there was a leaking in our room. The bathrooms of the pool didnt work and were very dirty. There were a lot of ants in our room. Also, the business room was out of service because of leaking (but its a business hotel🤨)

Location is great. Excellent breakfast. Quick check in and out
The place looks like is falling apart. Parking was not great and the night security was rude.. The bathroom was very small. The room was tiny. There was no ice. No hand towels

The pool
The breakfast it was a horrible experience in my opinion I was aware about the coronavirus situation and safety policies but I haven’t enjoy my breakfast it was Poor the portion. A lot of plastic wasted just for noting I tried to give my feedback to the property and it wasn’t welcome … if you have someone serving the food you can improve the experiencia instead of 3 people doing pollution and hanging around .

Location was the best
The space to park the car isn’t enough and it’s really small

Well located, bank across the street, close to Walmart and taxi stop, nice pool, beach a block behind.
The hot breakfast left a lot to be desired. They gave me a plastic bag with plastic utensils a cup, a glass and a napkin. There was some grape and orange type of juice available which wasn’t the real thing for sure. Breakfast was the same everyday, cold and served on a plastic plate covered with plastic film.
