Pratique!

L’emplacement, carrément dans l’aéroport ( suivre les panneaux, c’est au deuxième étage). Idéal quand on a une correspondance de 10 heures pour récupérer.

C’est un peu cher pour la qualité de la chambre mais c’est pratique

Me gusta el hotel y la localización.

Que pague adelantado y venis de urgencias a Puerto Rico desde Sud América sin dinero y querían que pagara otra vez por política del hotel; efectivo que no tenía. No hubo reembolso y tuve que dormir toda la noche en el Terminal del Aeropuerto. Gracias a Dios que el hay aire acondicionado y baños públicos. Deberían de simplificar la política de los métodos de pago para que las personas puedan entender las razones cuando uno paga adelantado por una habitación se le cobra la misma cantidad a la persona para que el primer pago efectuado o sea la garantía sea descongelado y enviado a la cuenta de tarjeta de débito o crédito.

Room was clean. Dinner was good and also Brakfast was good.

Was great location for 8AM Flight. Manager was directing traffic at check in and would answer any questions you had.

A little overpriced for the size of the room. Did have everything needed but tight. Still can’t beat the convince for a one night stay and no hassles.

Very good solution when you want to be near the airport!

Perfect when catching an early flight or if you arrive in the middle of the night!

The walls are quite thin and you can hear your neighbors!

Hotel is very sterile and air conditioning is way too cold. Need warmer blankets. It’s very pricey.

Glad we made the choice to stay there for our last night before an early morning flight.

it was perfect for what we needed for an early morning flight. BReakfast was actually better than what we had had all week at The Embassy Suites in Dorado. And they opened at 5 am which was perfect for a 7 am flight. The beds were also bigger and more comfortable than the ones at Embassy Suites. We did not check out any of the facilties so can not comment on that. Super simple to get to our check in and security from the hotel.

I was honestly prepared for a so-so experience at the SJU airport hotel based on some posted reviews. Fortunately we ignored those! Our stay was excellent. As a frequent traveler including internationally and nationally at very good properties, I would encourage people that SJU Airport Hotel was a very positive place to stay for an early flight out in the AM. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent staff, clean, comfortable, good restaurant, and sooo convenient to simply walk a couple minutes to terminal C where American Airlines is located. We requested a wheelchair and help with luggage at 4:45 AM for a 6:59 AM flight. No problems. As for cautions about the cold rooms, wd had no problems using the thermostat!

This is a convenience hotel, nothing more. Right at airport.

Hotel is right at the airport. We saved time returning the rental car.

Upon going into our room there was no toilet paper. I could have called front desk - but I'd have hidden the issue. Please make sure maintenance leaves a new roll all the time.

Hotel Manager Jose Franco was very easily the best manager I’ve come across over the past 35yrs of traveling.

Some of the younger staff seemed to not be interested in doing their job without prompting from Jose.

I did not like the bedroom, the bed, and the bathroom. The worst is the price.

will plan only day travel to Puerto Rico so we don’t need an airport room

we did not have to leave the airport properties

it was as a very small space for the price, room didn’t look clean and not well stocked. everything was closed when we arrived. coffee maker wasn’t working
