El personal siempre atento y a la escucha de nuestras necesidades
La foto a la entrada del spa. No me parece apropiada para un establecimiento en el que hay menores

Amazing location, large swimming pool, good restaurant with variety and quality food. Bus for the national park stops right in front of the hotel for high season.
Rooms a bit small for the price. No air conditioning unless in the most expensive rooms - in the summer can get hot and stuffy even at night. A fan can be provided upon asking.
4.5
Amazing location with options for meals. Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. A fantastic place to base for exploring this part of the Pyrenees.
3.5
Friendly staff and confortable beds
No Air condition even if there is a pre instalation that does not work. Really hot nights and the only solution they offer is an old vent. Crowded swimming pool with no enough hammoks shared with a camping

Clean spacious rooms, friendly staff, nice patio and swimming pool with amazing views of the mountains
wifi is restricted to only one device per person so I had to toggle between my iphone and ipad

I would have expected more information from the staff about the activities in the area

It was a nice hotel to relax in and have a well deserved beer after walking up and down Mt Perdido, then walking back from Goriz all in one day. The hotel was pleasant, the room spacious and clean and the bath of a good size to soak the tired legs.
This is a 4star hotel, but it didn't seem twice as good as the 2star Edelweiss down the road, despite costing twice as much for a night.

We had a wonderful time here. Rooms were nice, everything was really clean, the restaurant was tasty and the spa (available for private rental) was wonderful after hiking all day in Ordessa valley. What really made our trip though we’re the wonderful staff behind the reception and in the restaurant, they were always friendly, offered great service, and were very nice to our daughter! Special thanks to Mai (sp?) who’s hospitality went above and beyond!

Modern type hotel in Benasque. Room spacious and comfortable. On-site secure garage ideal for motorcycle travel. Dinner was fine as was the breakfast- Not wonderful but more than OK. I
Need a hat if you want to use swimming pool.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location for accessing Ordesa. We ate at the restaurant and the food was amazing and great value for the menu option. The rooms were nice and comfortable.
It is a little outside of the town so you may need a car.

nice and clean room
nice swimming pool
very friendly staff
FYI: the hotel is around 2 km out of the village center

A lovely family-run hotel with really helpful reception service. The location so close to the Ordesa valley is excellent. The circular walk around Ordesa is one of the most amazing experiences of my life!

The only downside is the freezingly cold pool that is frankly unusable as it is so cold. This is a pity, as that was the main criteria for me when choosing this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable and spacious with huge double beds. The staff are very friendly and efficient and the food in the restaurant is very good. The location is 1km from the town but we'll situated near the river and for walks to the national park. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The size of the family room was very big. The restaurant was really nice, the food and the staff were fantastic. The cleaning staff were amazing, always trying to make your stay more comfortable.
The service at the reception was under expectation during the reservation. I couldn´t contact on the phone in two days. The communication via the platform of booking was not clear and delayed. When I arrived at the hotel I learnt that the hotel don´t offer (or don´t want to offer) temporary beds for children as I had requested. The only solution was to book an additional room. Very disappointing taking into account that I was travelling alone with children. The swimming pool is nice but very crowded as it is shared with the camping nearby.
3.0
Great location, very friendly staff, comfortable beds, great hygiëne.
Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or cafetaria, but at the same time, there is no option to serve the menu on the terrace nor is it allowed to leave your dog unattended in the bedroom. So if you’re staying with a pet, your only dinner option at the hotel is to have finger food from the bar outside in the grass. The per night fee for bringing a dog is also quite high (23€), considering you get to use less of the hotel services like restaurant/pool/spa…

Excellent breakfast, stunning location, good pool!
The room was incredibly warm, but that was to be expected when visiting Spain in the middle of a heatwave! it just made it difficult to sleep…

A perfect place to stay if you want to hike in the Ordesa National Park. The hotel has private parking.
The service at the hotel is very good.
The pool is shared with a nearby camping place and is somewhat crowded in the afternoon.

The food, the location, the friendliness of the staff and the comfort of the room.
No dinner till 7:45, but that’s Spain.
