WHAT a place! Fantastic location, only feet from market and restaurant square. The property is well maintained and room 102 has beautiful stone and slab walls--some two feet thick with an outside veranda of sorts looking upon two of Cudillero's foot paths. It wasnt perfect (slight odor to room and shower pressure was low), but staff and decor made up for it!

La ubicación del hotel es ideal.

La habitación pequeña, es difícil el manejo de carrito de bebe. Vestíbulo pequeño y pasillos también pequeños, aunque tiene ascensor. Eso es lo único que le salva.

Really nice friendly hotel in an excellent location in Cudillero.

The manageress was really helpful, made us an early breakfast and a sandwich to take with us. The hotel had a lift and was in a v central but quiet spot.

The shower wasn't great, and Cudillero in May was v quiet with limited options for eating.

Jose was a wonderful host and he was very helpful with helping us with a reservation to visit a cave and also suggesting a place to eat and to tour this beautiful town

Great hotel, great location but cold

The couple were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is in a great location, very clean and fairly modern. Breakfast is fresh and good.

The hotel is a thick old stone building, very shaded, probably great in the summer but in May, the lack of heating in the bedroom made it cold and seemingly damp.

A nice and neat place to stay in Cudillero.

Casa Prendes benefits from a „downtown“ location in Cudillero, meaning no steep walk, no stairs, to reach your hotel. The room was small but clean, the beds comfortable. Breakfast is „à la carte“, means you order only what you want to eat and pay a very reasonable price. The staff is very friendly and caring, we could have the room before noon.

Nothing. We simply enjoyed the stay, because the other guests, like us, tried not to be noisy. If you happen to meet more noisy people, you might hear them.

Fantastic. A location just off the main square. We were easily able to go back and forth from restaurants and activities. It was a wonderful room with an extra reading nook. Would recommend enthusiastically.

Exceptional

Beautiful room. Fantastic location. The manager was very nice and happy to do whatever he could to accommodate our requests . We were able to leave our things, check in early, have a beer. His suggestion for lunch was amazing and some of the best octopus and chiparones I have ever had. Really great experience. Warm lovely room.

The shower was difficult and never got hot enough but it was ok.

Great location in interesting town, kind and accommodating hosts.

This is a really nice little hotel, great location near the marina in Cudillero. Lots of food choices nearby, although a bit limited for vegetarians. My hosts were very accommodating, helping me get a taxi to see the Cabo Vidio. I was also having trouble with charging my phone and the host went out of his way to try about 5 different chargers for me. The woman who checked me in spoke English but I think she may have been the only one. The room is spacious and comfortable, good heating, nice traditional decoration. Cudillero is an interesting old town to wander around with so many dwellings built into the cliff side.

The shower had a lot of gadgets/knobs. Probably great if you know how to use them, but I find complicated showers a bit intimidating. Anyway, the hot water was fine and I had no problem.

Pleasant stay in a nice village.

Spotlessly clean hotel right in the centre of the village. Traditional and very pleasant environment. We booked a superior room which was quite large and very comfortable. Owner was very helpful and directed us where to park to drop off luggage before parking at the harbour. Lots of places to have a drink or food nearby, we went for an economy option of pizzas which were great.

Breakfast is cheap but very basic. As there is no aircon if you need to sleep with the window open it is quite noisy with people passing by, some cars going up the hill and especially (and all night) loud seagulls.

Lovely small hotel. Recently renovated - beautiful woodwork. Clean/tidy room. Excellent location - next to the main square, close to restaurants and seaside. Clean and nice bathroom. We didn't try the breakfast as we were told there are no gluten free options. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby though - some offer menus with allergens marked.

- No air conditioning. With the trend for rising summer temperatures and heat waves in the region - they might have to invest in the aircon in the future to make it more comfortable. Open windows help, but then we had neighbours who smoked nearby on the street/balcony - unpleasant smoke smell gets into the room. - No gluten free options for breakfast

Superb

The location is perfect, in the lower town center, no climbing up hills with luggage. Very clean and friendly staff.

The rooms are a bit dated and small but cosy. The tourist parking is in the port, about a 5 minute walk away. You can parking for a short time closer in the resident’s lot close to the walking bridge to unload your bags. Take a right up the hill from the main square, past the church and the hotel is to the left. Easy.
