Absolut empfehlenswert

Für Eltern ein wirklich großartiges Hotel. Es fiel mir sehr schwer,nicht selbst den Spielplatz zu stürmen. Aber trotz der Kinderfreundlichkeit kann man sich dort auch als Erwachsener gut erholen. Tolle Saunen, leckeres Essen und wem der Weg zum Strand zu weit sein sollte, kann sich vom Shuttle fahren lassen.

Good spacious room, Great breakfast.

They charge you for parking and use of beach facilities. This comes on top of the room price. This is absolutely a hotel for families with small kids. Don´t come here if you want peace and quiet.

We are happy to have stayed there for one day, but won’t be coming back.

The rooms has a bad smell like a sewage. It was very unwelcoming once we have opened the door and a bad odor throughout the room have welcomed us.

Nice place for having fun with kids an relax

Good breakfast with many options, heated pool (my daughter had a lot of fun), nice and big apartment, playground outside for children, but unfortately we did not have much time for our daugther enjoy it.

Pillows were not good and our apartment had dust (I believe the dust was not removed prior to our stay), and my wife had difficulty to stay in this apartament

Very good and various meal options. It is impossible to do not find suitable meal & drink combination. Reception staff very helpful and committed to work.

1. Fix Your wifi: 1.1. It's not stable and disconnecting by itself despite very strong signal 1.2. Improve speed, as it is nearly impossible to work remotely (VPN connection is dropping very often) 2. Temperature control - on ground level the only way to cool down room for night is to keep terrace door wide open - not safe option...

Bad experience. Don’t come if you don’t care about the “family” concept

The room was ok

For almost 200 EUR per night, you can expect way better. The hotel’s policy is to treat you like a thief: apparently I’m not allow to refill the bike water bottle from a water tap, at the breakfast’s buffet. I pointed out the ridiculous of that rule to the waitress that told me that. I said I was going on a bike trip, should I refill it in the bathroom? She just let it go and left, aware of the idiotic of that “rule”. They also warn you not to take out food from the buffet. again assuming that you are just a thief, capable of paying 180 per a room but then steals cheap crappy salamy. At their final trick they tried to charge me with an extra fee for the car parking place. they didn’t even asked me if I had a car, which I didn’t, or if I used their zone… Not even treat you as a thief, also as stupid. I rather had half of the “commodities” offered, but a minimum of respect. Good luck with this model of business

Clean and tidy apartments, wonderful playground for children, swimming pool on cloudy and windy days. Supermarket is right away to the hotel.

The breakfast doesn't comply 4* hotel, it was the same all the 3 days we were. Also when ordering it was written that there will be washing machine in the apartment, but it wasn't, we had to use the common one in the hotel as we're told that not every apartment has it, despite that it is written in the description. There was a lack of daylight in the apartment.

A nice hotel for families with potential to become amazing

The buffet was very nice. The place is designed for kids and families, my son enjoyed it very much and us parents had a good time too. Overall I would go back.

In order for the hotel to become excellent: - Wifi wasn't stable and there is also no signal reception. On Friday night I almost didn't have wifi at all. - There was dirtiness on the curtain of the room. This shouldn't be happening. - The baby bed was ok but the mattress in it was so uneven that you would never put a baby sleep in it. Babies need good straight mattresses and that one was like waves 😁 - The pirate island needs more trees for shade. With 30 degrees and sun it can become unbearable. I did see though that there are many young trees around, so I guess it's a matter of time for trees to grow and make more shade. Again, I would go back to the hotel as I didn't find the minus points so important. Overall we had a great stay.
