chambre propre, calme, pratique.

Near Metro station, not too far from Gare du Nord
Not in a very pleasant area especially at night. I needed an extra pillow but the hotel was unwilling or unable to provide one. Bathroom flooded every time we used the shower as the shower door’s seal along the bath’s edge didn’t work.

Location was good. Room was clean and value for money
Somebody tried to open my door at 1am! Even if it was double locked, the persons were able to open it! I called the front desk to complain but all he said was sorry and there was a problem with the key. Not very safe if you ask me. There must have been a mistake made

Room was clean and tidy. Close to Metro and other facilities. Staff were helpful and friendly. We arrived quite early but the staff allowed us to store our luggage till the room was ready.
5.0
Cleanliness, Service Staff, Proximity to the Metro and Grocery Shopping.
The locality is a bit shady at night.. A large number of very loud and cacophonous youngsters trying to sell cigarettes or some stuff when walking from Metro Station to the hotel.

Romm is bit small.

Was in a good location.
The staff walking into the room around 8 in the morning whilst we were still in bed

Location near the metro and the Philharmonie was perfect for attending a concert there and walking back afterwards at night.
Breakfast is relatively rich with yoghurt, eggs, sausages, coffee/tea, fruits, bread, jam, etc.
Presence of a lift is appreciated to avoid climbing to the 6th floor.
It's a bit cramped in the bathroom and there was intermittent hot water.
5.0
Clean comfortable and quiet room although small, as is customary everywhere in France. There are small pillows, extra ones are available. There is no wardrobe, only an open hanger, no space for large luggage. Friendly staff, fast work. Breakfast is sufficient, you can make freshly squeezed juice. Nice canal nearby.
Everything is good

The property was clean and had all the amenities you would normally find in a 3 star hotel (tea, coffee, kettle, towels, iron, etc). Their breakfast selection was very good, and they also offered a juicing machine to make your own fruit smoothies/juices for breakfast, which I’ve never seen before. The check in to hotel process was seamless as well as the check out process.
The metro (Hoche) is right outside the hotel and has very quick connections into the centre of Paris, and a one way ticket is only £1.80.
The beds aren’t the most comfortable, I felt like I could feel the springs a lot in the mattress, as well as the pillows, they were very thin and didn’t offer any support, despite using 2 of them. The air con in the room didn’t work, at all. Instead of blowing out cold air it continued to blow warm air, even when set to the air con setting. This meant opening the window which let in a lot of noise pollution from the city below.
The area surrounding the hotel isn’t the best. There are a lot of people stopping you constantly asking for money, or asking you to buy things from them. The area outside the hotel had a very strong smell of urine too. The hotel is situated on a busy road so there’s a lot of cars, lorries and emergency service vehicles going by, which can be heard from the hotel rooms, windows open or not.

Room is cleaned every day, it's nice and warm, metro is 2 minutes away, wifi is good. There was tea, coffee, cups and kettle. Also towels were changed every day.
Pillows are a bit uncomfortable. The neighbourhood doesn't look safe at night.
4.5
Very nice room and excellent location with metro station on 20m.
The stuff doesn’t speak English and it’s hard to communicate.

Its just by the metro so it was good. The area where its in, its bad but i didnt mind cause i just came to be next to the zenith.
The room was little. I asked for 2 single bed the 2 single bed were stick together, wich doesnt make sense. We separate them but the room is so small that it was not enough. Theres no way to open the Windows.
