The welcome was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
I was shocked and disappointed to see no recycling. Food waste should be given highest priority, which accounts for massive greenhouse gases proportion. A business your size has lots of control and options over its waste production. You could take the initiative and implement your own waste reduction program.
(I'm a waste reduction specialist). I can help if you're interested. You could save hundreds of thousands of tonnes a year and help people to encourage them in domestic waste triage. Your company reputation will rocket. I would like to help actually.

My flight was delayed and reception told me my booking was cancelled because they tried to charge my card before i arrived and the card was declined.
After some messages everything was cleared up and they agreed i could pay on arrival. The receptionist was very helpful with my problem.
The room was good for cost. Quiet at night and comfortable.
Water was really warm for shower/ bath.
No complaints.
Thanks again. 🙂

Convenient location, room size fine for a short stay. Small kitchenette with kettle and cups, very easy to use and in good condition. Bed was comfortable, sheets clean and in good condition.
There was a large window but we weren't able to get a good through-draft, so it felt a little stuffy and overly warm in the room. Would be perfect in winter! Also, the out-of-reception-hours key pick-up was very handy to have as our arrival was delayed, but their system could be a little securer.

Very good location, just 3 stations away from the center.
Very helpful staff, Nicholas helped us to store our luggages safely before check in time and informed us about points worth to see in the city.
The room had almost everything anyone can require during a touristic trip.

The receptionist was nice with us and she let us keep our luggage during the last day.
The room smelled like poop when we got inside, and atfer all day outside it smelled the same.
The space between the bed and the wall was not more that 0,4m.
The carpet was dirty, black and with strange spots.
