"Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay with a spacious, clean room.

I had a great stay at the Leonardo Hotel in Milton Keynes. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep, and the overall ambiance was very pleasant. I appreciated the attention to detail in the room, making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

"I didn’t have any major issues, but if I had to mention something, it would be the noise level from outside at times, which could be a bit distracting. However, it didn’t significantly affect my overall experience."

Excellent value for money and would thoroughly recommend to others.

The room was lovely and clean, plenty of room to move about and the complimentary water & kit kats were a nice touch.

A couple more milk pots would have been great.

Usually good, but very bad room this time. 223 avoid.

Bed as always was comfortable

There was a noise in our room most of the night. It sounded like an extracter fan, would come on for 20-30 mins then go off for 20-30 mins and then come on again. Just long enough for us to almost fall asleep in between. Electricity was unplugged so it was not our room, but sounded like it came from bathroom.,

Another comfortable and generally very convenient short stay with excellent breakfasts.

The breakfasts are excellent, with a wide variety of freshly prepared food and as much as you can eat. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable. The location is very central and within walking distance of the railway station. I was able to leave my luggage in the hotel's store after checking out, so was able to enjoy another day in MK without having to carry luggage.

I support the hotel's sustainability policy but, after a sharp drop in the external temperature, the room was chilly when I arrived. I was able to increase the temperature on the thermostat. I was allocated a room modified to be accessible for a wheelchair user, although I do not consider myself disabled. I found it a bit less convenient than the ordinary rooms I have been allocated on previous visits. For example the toilet flush and bath taps were less easy for me to reach.

Perfectly placed in central Milton Keynes

The property was perfectly placed for us right in the middle of all the food and drink restaurants and between the shopping centre, ice rink and trainstation.

The lifts make scary noises when in them which is a little unnerving.

Was put right in front of lifts so could-here every coming and going. And being placed at the front of the hotel we could here kick out times for the bars around

Confortable, clean, friendly staff and a good breakfast!

Comfortable, clean and friendly staff. Good value on the days we stayed. Would recommend as a good place to stay in Milton Keynes. The only downside was that they don't have a car park, so parking was nearby, but not on-site.

nothing to entice me back and stop shopping around.

it was handy to the station and where I needed to be

despite a previous poor review, I was still unimpressed. cleaning staff just walking into my room to place forgotten water after I’d checked in and remembering something was missing so came back when I’d already been in. no fridge unlike my last visit, so on the warmest day of the year so far, the nice touch of chocolate was melted.

no manual shower, towels with holes, worn out no biscuits in the room very dated , staff cannot be bother about guests, you can wait for hours to be served in the restaurant they do not even bother unless you go to them, food is basic and breakfast is poor not a 4 stars at all, Wi-Fi not working in the room super expensive , not. 4 stars it’s a 2-3

Fantastic experience and value for money!

location is fabulous. parking overnight is free. staff go above and beyond, and with a smile. rooms were clean, equipped and they ensured we were all together. bar was light and spacious. really competitive price too.

Disappointing and very forgettable

Very comfy bed, water in room with biscuits and tea making facility

Breakfast was abysmal - no cutlery laid out, no breakfast tea, the food had obviously been standing some while - egg yolks solid and everything luke warm at best. Had to ask for cutlery and tea bags - I was given ONE tea bag. Plenty of staff around but not doing very much - only a cleaner said Good Morning to me - and the room was very clean BTW! Premium prices at the bar, but this is not The Savoy..

brilliant stay with exceptional service well done Team

I have to say the staff at this hotel are 2nd to none Franco in reception and the team are so helpful and professional the bar staff and restaurant staff are also 1st class nothing is too much trouble, this will be my 5th stay here and would never stay anywhere else when we go to London

Great location, 10 minutes walk from the train station. Nice food.

Carpet, door handle and bed had coffee stains. Bathroom could of been cleaner too.
