Absolutely appauling, worst hotel I've ever stayed in over 50years

NOTHING

Hotel carpark - dirty, rubbish all over, Hotel Building - dirty, damaged, warn and looked awful and un-kept Reception - old fashioned, dirty, damaged, un-safe Walkways - un-safe, dirty, damaged, old-fashioned, Room - Curtains didn't work, dirt everywhere, no plug for sink, shower no pressure and difficult to switch on/off No breakfast offered

Do not take room 031

I stay here fairly often the location is convenient and the staff are always faultless. I'm normally satisfied with the stay

I was given room 031 on the first floor. It needs burning everything needed replacing and cleanliness was well below the usual acceptable standard the bath was okay for a shower but not clean enough to bath in. A bottle of bleach would of gone a long way but the carpet was filthy

If you are looking to get electrocuted whenever you switch on/off the lights and enjoy the smell of cigarettes, then stay at this place.

Nothing would not be staying there ever again

the Location was ideal for my purpose

Nothing would not be staying there ever again . corridors smelled of wet dog .and the room was not clean all the carpets was not vacuumed. and the window had broken glass and no remote control for the TV no .Not even a full roll of toilet paper supplied .The bathroom tap was dripping .Noisy guest and general look and feel of the place was just outdated.Hazards left on stairs while the painter went off doing whatever it was an eye opener to me and didn't expect that even tho it was a budget room . i could have paid the same price and stayed in a premier inn for a better and cleaner room for the night

the room was very dirty and constantly smelt like smoked cigarettes. there was an issue with the room next to me, and there was a guy fixing the issue and was hammering away until 12.30am

Would never come again

Good location

The bed wasn’t even made, there was a hole in the window. The bedroom window was broken. The bathroom door wouldn’t even shut. There was a bug within the bed sheets, the shower started bubbling and leaking yellow liquid. No lift facilities we was right on the top floor in the corner.

Hotel Chlamydia

The location and free parking. It's a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Staff were polite and helpful.

Mould, broken plug sockets with exposed wire. Very noisy rooms (nightclub downstairs). Random crack heads wondering in to your room at night trying to claim they were staying there. Night security is more concerned with mud on shoes than thieves on the prowl.

welcoming staff, very friendly. good location

floor was dirty in bedroom, curtain hanging off, no light on ceiling, dirty cups in room, hairs on bathroom floor, cigarette ash on the back of the sink, toilet door did not shut, people going in and out of room next to us( we was in room 49), people shouting outside our room all night, head boards we ripped, very out dated, light beeming through our window all night as curtains wouldn’t shut

A very dirty, run down hotel. More a hostel for people needing to get off the streets. They need a place to stay but this is not compatible with offering rooms to the public. Did not feel safe.

disappointing when we got up there was beer cans on our car and was told it’s not safe there people have been coming in

nothing it was very run down and dirty and smelt off smoke people have been smoking in there and leaking roof

everything no hot water 4 us couldn’t have a shower no heating in the bathroom and 1 of the beds was broken and the furniture was run down will not go back or recommend should not even be on booking .com

Really disappointed with room.

Location and speedy check in

No hot water in bathroom basin. Bathroom really shabby. No hairdryer. Smelled weird. Very noisy guests woke us 3 times during the night. No breakfast facility.

Location thats it no more to say

What a hole, where do i start lol it was dirty, hard mattress, noisey, not cleaned had sweets stuck to the worn out carpet not even been vacumed, thick layer of dust on headboard, leak around toilet pan and didnt flush, only 1 side of the plug socket worked, radiator didnt get hot and it was a cold night -3c, stains aĺl up the walls, couldnt see out the window it was that ditry and many more bad things but wont bore u silly i wont stay there again

Nothing. All of it is rubbish.

I would never commend the place to anyone. Only drug addicts stay in a shitty place like this. Only God know what kind of people would actually enjoy such a shit hole like this. And the prices are a different story. We had to book another hotel

you need to remove this hotel from your booking as police are there most of night dealing with residents

absolutely nothing. a refugee accommodation. felt really unsafe and hotel was so run down and dirty.

everything was broken, no towels until we requested and then only given a small one for us to both share. room was dirty and curtains were only just hanging up. one cup, one glass, disgusting kettle and bins full. flooring peeled and damaged so dangerous with bare feet

Worst UK hotel experience.

Location is close to the city center

This hotel is so old, it needs to be pulled down and rebuilt. Nothing works! I had kids with my and we were freezing. The heaters in the rooms doesn't work. The water in the bathrooms can't be mixed. It either too hot or too cold. The toilets are old and there is mould everywhere. The TV is broken. Bathroom lights dont work. The hotel reeks of cigarettes. Its just a terrible place. I'm new to the country and this is my worst hotel experience. The council needs to check the hotel standard and sanction them or shut it down for good.

I like that the property is close to the city center.

The hall smelled of cigarette and the room was too small to be tagged executive. The TV was more like a box because it didn't work. The other residents were too loud. Some guys kept knocking my door at 3am.

Everything the room full of mould blood on walls broken window that stayed open cot with no mattress not enough bedding only one member of staff. Very disappointed emailed them with concerns and nothing back

Central location

Entire hotel had smoking smell. It was difficult to walk through corridor. Room doesn't seems to be clean properly and were dusty smell. Heating system were broken in both rooms and even portable heater didn't work. finally had to change the room but again it got the same problem in midnight and finally 3 family members got cold and infection. I had booked family rooms with children but they were totally smoking rooms. 0 star from cleanliness perspective and atmosphere. apart from location parking space nothing good. will never attempt this hotel again. waste of money and got sick family.
