A beautiful family owned and run hotel, very friendly/helpful/informative staff, very clean and well looked after property.
Food excellent and a different menu everyday we were there (2 weeks). Cakes, Desserts & Soup available every afternoon between 3pm-5pm (unfortunately tea or coffee not included).
The family also own & run the Innsbrucker Alpine Hutte at 2,369m up in the mountains at the foot of the Habicht mountain, they offer one night free stay here, accommodation is basic but it was a wonderful experience accompanied with excellent food & hospitality. I want to express my special thanks to Receptionists Viktoria & Andrea for their warmth, smiles, interaction & helpfulness. To Phillipe for his welcoming attitude, always grinning, easy to talk to and extremely interactive, thanks Phillipe also a mention to Thomas & Rade & the other waiting on staff for their warm friendliness & attentiveness & last but not least, the young lady who cleaned our room everyday and set-up the cups & saucers, thank you so much you're all a shining example and a great asset to the hotel who should be very proud to have you under their wings.
Sadly they don't provide any air-conditioning in the rooms and unable to provide plug-in fans, it was extremely warm at night in the room after having 2 weeks of glorious hot weather, we were able to leave the door to the balcony open to allow cool air in from the outside.
Unfortunately, Tea & Coffee making facilities are not available in the rooms but we were able to borrow a kettle from reception and the room maid did a fabulous job of ensuring we had cups, saucers & teaspoons setup everyday in our room. Thank You. We had to buy own tea, coffee, milk & sugar.

Very beautiful hotel, with soft carpets, wooden furniture, very comfortable beds, nice balconies with a nice view. Staff were kind and helpful. Double-glazed windows, quiet place. Excellent position in the middle of Neustift. The hotel has also a sauna, although I did not use it.
The parking space is somewhat limited, although I did not have difficulties in finding a space.

The hotel is in a stunning location, full of character with brilliant staff, great facilities and is spotlessly clean. Our room was generous in size with a great view of the surrounding mountains and a balcony. Breakfast was excellent with very attentive staff and the family influence comes flooding through.
Nothing - it’s just superb !

Very comfortable, well-appointed hotel from which to explore the beautiful area. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed gourmet dinners, drinks on the terrace, and an excellent breakfast with local specialties.

Exceptional evening meal. Breakfast very good

Spa area, dinner, location, friendly staff
On the pictures it seems there are some fairly modern rooms and there are rooms with a more dated aesthetic. My room was a bit dated. i would’ve preferred a more modern room. Everything was super clean and tidy looking though, so it’s mostly nitpicking.

Well located, comfortable and clean rooms. Amazing sauna facilities on pool/spa floor... I think they undersell how great these facilities are on their website. You can walk to the Elfer gondola across the street, or to restaurants / ski rental / bars etc in Neustift. Also nice that there's a playpark for little ones. Tasty and fresh breakfast buffet.
Some staff were a bit tense. They would make eye contact with you, then ignore you, so you'd continue to the breakfast buffet, and then they'd hurry over, half scold you, and usher you to a specific table - you felt like you were an intruder rather than a guest/customer.
It was also unclear what the cost of dinner at the hotel was, or what the cost of the afternoon cake buffet was... it would list the cost of dinner for guests who weren't staying in the hotel, but wouldn't list what cost of dinner was for hotel guests.
Also, the rooms were sparse on pillows. 2 double beds and only 3 pillows?! Then on our final day, we noticed something on our table that said "ask us about our pillows" and you could get more at the front desk, I guess. It's odd that this wasn't mentioned verbally.
It was a comfortable stay here, but given the somewhat unwelcoming hospitality, next time I'll rent an apartment in Neustift and perhaps book something at Stubaierhof's spa so that I can access their sauna/pool facilities one afternoon.

The staff and the food are fantastic, with the evening meals matching some of the best food we've ever experienced.

Food was simply amazing,
Facilities were well equipped, clean and comfortable. Sauna was very nice while indoor pool was big enough for several families to use it at the same time and with few hydro-massage functions which were very helpful after a long day of skiing of hiking.
Children's playroom was somewhat small but had a nice climbing wall and few toys/games/books for the little ones. Not intended to spend hours there but enough to occupy the children while parents can enjoy a drink or finish the dinner in peace. Outside was a nice playground which can be handy during warmer months.
Staff was friendly and very helpful.
Ski room was very "user-friendly", even sport shop was 20m away and bust station 30m, perfectly optimized to just grab your skiing gear and head to the cable cars in a matter of minutes.
Room was too hot and we couldn't find a way to regulate the tempature, it was simply too hot during the night and as it was a winter time it was not an option to keep the window open for the whole night.
To be fair, we did not pursue the topic with reception, perhaps there was a regulator somewhere hidden which we did not find. :)
Otherwise, amazing room.

Food was good and the hotel is nicely located in the village. Getting to the glacier requires a car or a bus ride.
The single room was small as is to be expected but the bed was surprisingly short, too short for a 190cm person. The spa area was Ok but got crowded at peak time in the evening.

friendly staff. good facilities

Nice relaxing time with good food and friendly staff
We were half board, so drinks not included. We didn't know that tap water also wasnt included. €5 for tap water with our meal. It was more expensive than the beer.
The pool was lovely and relaxing unless there was children was there. Would be fine if it was a hotel with a pool. But it was advertised as a wellness area for relax and massage. But when kids are cannonballing in the pool and screaming, it's not particularly relaxing. As it's very echoy in the pool area when noisy

great hotel and friendly people
5.0
- comfortable room, silent and warm
- all in hotel is clean, rustic and elegant
- dinner is a very good surprise: a fine dining dish: delicious salad at your discretion, a surprising aperitif delicately cooked, a delicious soup, main course meat or fish precisely cooked, a tiny savory desert and, for gourmet, a cheese plate at your discretion
- all personal was polite and respectful
- cleaning the room during breakfast
- spa, massage with very professional personnel, a comfortable salt sauna
- free ski bus for all slopes in Stubai and station a minute, 100m from hotel
- useful ski room at ground floor
the water temperature in the pool was too low for our preference.

A hotel where you feel a family atmosphere. everything is always perfectly prepared, the food was one of the best we had in Austria. We had a newly renovated room, comfortable beds. The staff is really very accommodating.

My daughter and I had a fabulous stay at Hotel Stubaierhof during the first week of 2023. We flew direct from New York to Munich and took a train connection from the airport to Innsbruck via Munich East station (about 3.5 hrs total). From there the Hotel staff came and picked us up in their shuttle (about 25 minute’s drive). The journey should be quicker via rental car (about 2.5 hrs drive according to Google maps) just check first in case you need to apply for an international driver’s license for Austria. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful with traditional wood carvings and wellness amenities although we spent much of the time on the slopes of the Stubai Glacier. The breakfast is a must and provides an excellent start to the day. In the afternoons from 3-5pm the hotel hosted a selection complimentary cakes (Kuchen) which my daughter loved and turned out to be the perfect combination after a big day of skiing when paired with a nice cup of tea. The town of Neustift is cute, had an outdoor ice-rink and a decent number of restaurants for its size. You can also take bus that runs frequently into Innsbruck (45 minutes) for 4 euros each way to enjoy a bigger city feel for an evening. We stayed for 4-nights with 3-days of skiing and planning to return for a longer stay with the whole family.

Everything was nice, clean and comfortable, but first and foremost the straff was extremely helpful and attentive! A baby bed was prepared for us in the room even though we had forgot to ask for it... many great tips on activities was provided (and a free pass for the lifts in the area), and when we forgot a minor personal item in our room it was promptly sent to our home. First class service especially by the front desk staff.
While offering free charging for electric vehicles is great, we were not able to use the chargers since the parking spaces were occupied mostly by non-electric vehicles.

the hotel is set in great location, perfect for outdoor activities. On checking in we were given a pass for the duration of our stay that enabled us to use all the local ski lifts to access the mountains and also use the summer toboggan run, brilliant fun. The breakfast was substantial and the staff were extremely helpful. We arrived later in the evening and the staff allowed us to use the Spa/Sauna facilities, keeping them open longer for us, this was greatly appreciated after a full day of driving.

Everything was very good, staff was very friendly and accommodating to our every needed.
Except for the very rude gentleman at the breakfast, literally telling/jelling at us that we could not sit at a table because “that was not our table”. interestingly enough we were the only ones in the restaurant, he did not care to explain just kept repeating that one sentence
4.5
Staff very attentive - welcomed with a complimentary beer. Special call out to Bernadette who gave us great recommendations for walks. Also when I left my ear buds behind me in the room they contacted me to arrange their return.
Very little- our door lock did stop working during our stay but the hotel staff were quick to attend to it.

it has all the facilities you need and is in a great location with so many things to do
