Slecht geslapen ondanks dat we onze Klaske hebben gemeld

Fijne bedden maar niet kunnen slapen vanwege harde geluid van de afzuiger van de keuken

Veel lawaai op de kamer door afzuiging keuken

Bed was wat aan de harde kant, en de airco deed het niet was erg warm in de kamer

Dat je geen Nederlands kon praten in de eetzaal, want het personeel verstond voornamelijk Engels. We zijn toch in Nederland!!!!

Nach dem Zimmertausch haben wir uns wie immer wieder wohl gefühlt.

Der Zimmertausch war kein Problem.

Das erste Zimmer lag genau über dem Restaurant und direkt an der Entlüftung der Küche (Zimmer 129). Das Geräusch war sowohl am Tag als auch in der Nacht sehr störend und nicht akzeptabel.

Emplacement top, près de la plage et près de la route qui mène aux autres îles de Zélande Personnel gentil, serviable, aimable Petit déjeuner copieux, frais et varié Bonne cuisine pour le repas du soir Literie de la chambre parentale

La literie de la 2e chambre (lits une personne) était catastrophique Le bruit infernal des travaux de rénovation à partir de 7h du matin ! Trop peu de personnel en salle lors des "coups de feu" Service inégal : premier soir, entrée arrivée juste après le début de l'apéritif; deuxième soir, on a dû demander le vin en fin d'entrée et l'oeuf manquait dans notre risotto Contrôlez votre facture : 2 plats et 1 boisson ne nous appartenaient pas

Entspannte Tage beim Fletchers auf Zeeland

Perfekte Lage die man besser wohl kaum findet, super schönes und großes Zimmer mit Küche und Balkon, sehr gutes Frühstück, besonders angenehm in dieser Gegend war die kostenlose Garage mit Lademöglichkeit für unsere E-Bikes. Super freundliches Personal, tolle Terrasse zum Frühstücken und Essen. Wegen des perfekten Wetters haben wir den Wellness-Bereich nicht genutzt, es empfiehlt sich jedoch einen eigenen Bademantel und Saunaschlappen mitzunehmen. E-Bikes und Scooter können zu fairen Konditionen gemietet werden.

Alles war perfekt!

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar!!!

Ontbijt=ok. Kamer=flauw. Uitzicht rondom muren Wellness= ok maar prijzig in combinatie met overnachting Restaurant= slecht

Ik bestelde salade geitenkaas maar had het gevoel dat er een krop sla op mijn bord lag. Geen enkel tomaatje/komkommer of ander groente en /of fruit. De geitenkaas was dan wel gegrild maar het schijfje kaas was niet in verhouding. Mijn man bestelde varkenshaasje en volgens de kaart 200 gram maar volgens mij was er nog in de pan achtergebleven. Dit in combinatie met champignonsaus die een dikke witte brij bleek te zijn zonder champignons. Alles was matig warm De frietjes die we daarbij bestelden kwamen pas na een tweede keer hen te herinneren.

gewoon super

ontbijt was zeer goed,ruime keuze personeel heel vriendelijk locatie ook goed, dichtbij strand,duinen,en je kon ook een fiets huren(elektrisch) goede parkeer gelegenheid(garage) nette kamers,icl koelkast en een lekker bad

onze tweede slaapkamer was voor een volwassen iemand wel iets te klein.ik denk dat die meer voor kinderen zijn en de ventilator gaf behoorlijk wat geluid

Toller Service, Renovierung nötig

Super nettes Personal, Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Kombination mit Wellnessresort top.

Der Teppich im Zimmer war voller Flecken, man hat sich gar nicht getraut ohne Schuhe herum zu laufen. Im Bett war ein verblassen Fleck auf dem Laken, es war jedoch gewaschen.

stay was short, but ok. but would not choose again, because of the none swimwear policy.

Things were positive: Hotel is close to the beach Nice seating area outside Got an upgraded apartment without asking. Free Underground hotel parking

Things to improve: Better visibility of the no swimwear policy on the website, this info should be highlighted on the main page! Also to mention that no swimwear policy apply to wellness + indoor + outdoor pool For us it was a big dissaiponment as we booked the hotel for Bday weekend, but was not aware of the policy, so we did not use the facility Was impossible to reach the hotel by phone on the Sunday evening 8:30. The phone had some automated answer in Dutch and after it wents to ringing -forewer with no answer.. Tables at breakfast area, 30 min before the end of the breakfast, was full of dirty dishes. We had to search for an empty table, also to set it up by ourselves. You provide a coffee machine and kettle in the room with a paper cups! Really!? Normal cup and at least a small spoon would fit better to your ****

A correct hotel but a bit overpriced

Correct hotel with nice bar. We were on the bike trip and it was a practical stay. The surrounding is nothing special. The hotel is a big complex, with spa for extra fee, which we did not use. The room and the bed were comfortable. The personnel is nice.

I would not spend a long holiday there but for a bike trip, the stop was practical.

Great location very close to the beach. Chef was very kind and helpful when we had questions about the breakfast.

We were given a room with no sunlight. The balcony had been covered with large panels. Music from the terrace was annoying. Room was not very clean (stains on the chairs, spiderwebs on the ceiling), and in the bathroom, paint was coming loose from a door handle.

4 star room, 1 star experience

Large room, actually a one bedroom apartment.

Although the room had a proper kitchen there was only a kettle and paper cups and wooden sticks to make drinks. No proper cups or glasses or proper cutlery. There was a full size fridge but nothing in it. A cheaper B&B would have provided a complimentary bottle of water and some milk but here there was nothing. When my wife went to ask for some milk, the staff member asked whether she was from housekeeping and then made a kind of apology when told that she was a guest. The way he did it managed to be insulting both to her and to his colleagues. Milk was provided and charged to the room and was €7.80...All this in a €185 hotel. In summary, must try harder. This was our first night in a Fletcher Hotel (at the start of a 16 day tour of Flanders and Zeeland) and it will be our last

Beautiful resport with all facilities, close to beach.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. All was good. Not very luxurious. Bedrooms not very big, but it serves the purpose. Close to the beach is a big plus. Bicycling distance to Veere and Middelburg. Many beaches.

Nothing really. Interestingly, there was a nice kitchen in the apartment but no equipment. Not even a knife or glass. All to be rented for € 25. Very strange. Even then nothing to clean the kitchen or soap for the dishwasher.

It was my second stay in this hotel (the first one was almost perfect) but this time my "deluxe room" has not even got a tiny balcony, soap dispenser in room were empty or out of order and only few small towels available in the room.

Don’t chose this Hotel

We picked this hotel for its facilities and the rather good reviews but let me tell you…worst experience ever. The staff was rude, rooms were overbooked, the service was not helpful and the spa, even if its facilities are amazing, it is not for everyone as you are not allowed to wear a swimsuit. We left the hotel earlier to go to another one called Badhotel Domburg..and what a change! The hotel was beautiful, very welcoming and the service was amazing.

The spa alone made our stay worthwhile.

The spa area, esp. the outdoor area including pool.

Disorganised and somewhat incapable staff. Bellow average breakfast. Dirty carpet, not only in the hallways but also in the rooms. Cigarette butts left in ashtray on our private balcony, etc. Staircases in spa area needs a deep scrub and anti-slip strips re-doing. Maintenance is lacking overall.

Bad experience for that value

Restaurant-bar area is nice, renovated, big balcony, a bit softer mattress than anticipated, but no problems for my back

You have to pay for plates and knives in apartment, grey cheap toilet paper, old used and washed many times towels, no remote controller for TV which automatically switches on with room card, sign Do not order thuisbezorg (so cheap move to force people est in restaurant), visibly dirty glasses on breakfast, rotten cheese, dry omelette, not working elevator, there was no paper menu in a bar and online version didn’t work at all - staff is aware about this, but don’t do anything
