Bad treatment by hotel management

25/5 They closed the cafe ( lobby ) n the lounge ( Ascent ? ) due to private functions. We were forced to hv dinner at the sky ( 21st flr ).. We paid for the hotel based on facilities available. How can they treat the hotel guests in such a way. Ridiculous!

I did not agree that they deprive hotel guests for such facilities.

The location of the hotel close to Ciputra World Shopping mall. Staff very professional, friendly and helpful. The food is delecious.

Location is very strategic, just few minutes away from Ciputra World. The staff are all very nice and accommodating. Breakfast option was vary and plenty to choose from. Security guards are all very friendly despite the heat.

Some wear and tear on the carpet at the hallway in front of our room, but that's all.

Calm and “Mature” Hotel

I went there around 5 years ago, in 2018, and it is still the same comfortable hotel. Feels like staying with our parents as the ambience is so mature and the calmness that I couldn’t get in any other city hotel.

Only need a little improvement, such as the jet spray is leaking and the air conditioner is hard to control (too cold for me). Overall, still a great experience to stay there.

Bellboy just sitting when we arrive to checking in no one respect..shower tap lose no one repaired it ..so that my room infront of engineering office..we waiting until next day..

great location. value for money for apartment type

spacious 2 bedroom apartment, Cafe for breakfast is decent (good variety). next to CiPutra Big Mall and Shangri-La hotel (Jamoo restaurant just across the road). the hotel has option for rooftop bistro but didn’t try it.

may need to replace kettle for room 384. working but the boiling didn’t stop automatically. may not be safe.

Nice hotel, not that much to see or do nearby the hotel

Breakfast was really good, a lot of different choices. The room was fine. Spacious and a nice bed.

Not a lott to do in the city. The hotel was a bit outdated. Kind of expensive for the facilities you get. No beds to lay on by the swimming pool, only normal chairs.

Very comfortable and clean room and really helpful staff.

We didn’t need our bedsheets and towels washed during our stay even though we followed the instructions where to place them when they didn’t need to be washed.
