Price to quality passable

It was very cheap and the staff was very nice

It was a very bad experience for me. I will not recommend anyone for the shit hotel.

There were not to like. It was totally waste of money.

We booked two single bed but the guy who was in the reception said its not possible to give. He was a chinese guy dont speak english. The most annoying was the toilet flash was not working and we had to use shared toilet.

Buena ubicación y personal

Ubicación excelente a una cuadra del metro y muy predispuesto todo el personal ante cada necesidad! La recepcion 24 hs es un plus.

Mejoraria las instalaciones del baño, ya que el agua no salia practicamente caliente y se tapaba la ducha facilmente.

Быстро заселили, номер небольшой, но довольно чистый, много вешалок, находится близко к вокзалу, что очень удобно, если много вещей. В целом на переночевать 1/2 дня вполне подходит

Постель была хоть и чистая, но явно старая, в занавескам дырки. Холодильник почти не работал. Слышимость других номеров сильная, но не мешала, возможно, повезло с соседями.

Waste of money

They didn't let use stay ,we totally got lost in Milan because of this hotel,we paid earlier but they asked some documents they even didn't know , waste of money ,

La posizione e il personale

La pulizia molto sommaria, peli e capelli nel bidet, il condizionatore non funzionava ma c’era un ventilatore sul soffitto che era molto rumoroso

地下鉄の駅入口からかなり近く、アクセスは最高でした。スーツケースを長い距離運ばなくて済んだし、空港へ行くのも乗り換え便利な駅で助かった。

清潔感に欠けていた。寒かったので布団をクローゼットから出してみたら穴だらけで羽がたくさん飛び出てきた。

The location was excellent, very close to the metro and all neccessary shops are nearby. The staff was very kind!

We had issues with bedbugs.

Hotel is very "tired", not very clean, ants ran around .

Great

The best location in Milan (near a metro station and very close to a famous shopping street), while the rooms are not expensive. The hotel is good value for money, and the staff acts friendly and polite.

No lift for the luggages but the staff are very friendly and polite so they carry the luggages upstairs with you.

It was a value for money decision, the hotel was fine.

It was centrally located, the room and bathroom were small but sufficient.

A bit noisy, can here everything in other rooms.

Location, was good 200 meters from the tube, and a supermarket just round the corner

Ignore previous reviews, this hotel does not serve breakfast, a real deal breaker.

Just for one night stay

Location is great - close to the centrum and train station, metro station 10 min. walk, fast food, cafes or groceries nearby.

Place looks old, we didn't have hot water and cold water in the shower didn't drain, there are only sheets and cold wind blows through the window. No heating. In the night (september) I was wearing all I've got to get warm.

A cheap, untidy place to crash-in as your last resort

It was economical

It was not very clean, the bathroom was very small, the furniture were not of good quality, the duvet was untidy, the shower screen was very untidy, the window blinds were dusty. The rooms were on the first floor and there was no lift. There is basically only one guy running the entire property. This is not a 3 star hotel as listed, this is a 1 star property.

Disappointed

My friend's bag was stolen which had her passport. Staff didn't take the soft copy of passport for verification and insisted to show original passport only. So we ended up going somewhere else. Also since staff could only speak italian, it made very difficult to communicate

worst hotel would never recommend anyone to sleep there

worst hotel, racist manger, after I arrived at the hotel manager asked me to give him my ID, gave it to him, he than asked again, he told me he need European Id, ask him if Germany was not an European country

everything was messy from beginning, manager refusing me from sleeping in his hotel
