Excelente atención por parte de todos, la cama súper cómoda y la habitación ni se diga, la verdad estuvo muy bien ya que la ubicación es buena, hay varios comercios y se siente muy seguro hasta salir de noche, atención 10/10

Lo único que no me gustó fue que no sirvió la secadora para cabello y no hubo solución, pero fue algo mínimo que no interfirió con mi felicidad y mi hospedaje

Hotel limpio, personal amable y dispuesto a colaborar, buen desayuno, se descansa bien

La limpieza de la habitación, cama muy cómoda, wifi excelente, la atención en el restaurante especialmente el Señor Luis

Tienen que darle mantenimiento a la habitación, la mía el encendido con la tarjeta me costaba que funcionara, se pagaban las luces, algunos objetos de la ducha dañados

Realmente el hotel es bueno, el comentario de lo que no me gustó es solo para ayudar a mejorar el ho

Bogotá en general esta fallando en el mantenimiento general de los hoteles. En este caso reemplazaron los amenities por dispensadores de crema, jabón, shampoo etc., pero dejaron la jabonera antigua con óxido. Y los tapetes de circulación en corredores no están bien adheridos al piso.

Aire acondicionado no sirvió en toda la estadía. Hicieron cambio de habitación a una más pequeña, para solucionar, tampoco funcionó. Pedí hielo, no había. Presión del agua de la ducha, pésima. En fin, muy debajo de mis expectativas.

Great Staff, beautiful rooms, stunning breakfast.

-Rooms were spacious and clean. -The building itself is beautiful and common areas are well designed. -Buffet is amazing. -Staff is always ready to help.

-Water pressure on the shower was a bit low.

Good value, professional staff

Nice lobby and restaurant. Staff are attentive and professional. Yummy set of restaurants behind the hotel.

Rooms need renovation. Shower curtain was like from a 2/3-star hotel. Sauna was a nice touch but uncomfortable and requires them to call a staff member to turn it on and sometimes they forget.

An awesome hotel with an amazing staff.

Staff is amazing (Hernan from the restaurant; Dalia, Jenifer, Ancisar from the front desk). They were all very friendly and helpful. Location - it’s in a great location, very quiet and extremely safe and close enough to Parque 93. A short uber ride or 15 minute walk. Breakfast - delicious and a great selection - managed by Hernan and his great team.

Great location with incredible suite with stunning views and professional services.

Location is good, about 20 minute walk to Zona T. Suite size was very big, also views from 11th floor were stunning. There was a jacuzzi instead of expected shower cabin. Room was very clean. It felt completely safe, sometimes I was leaving small amount of money or electronics on the table. Hotel works on a very high professional level. There was an universal power socket next to the bed with extra USB-A port or two aswell, so charging electronics with my European socket was easy, could also use USB port if needed for additional device. Staff is very friendly, also helped us with hints and booking Taxi/private-pickup to go to places, however mostly we used Uber which is easy and safe. Reception speaks fluent English.

Two times on late evening water in the shower was completely cold even after waiting several minutes. Me and my partner came with separate flights and we ordered Airport pickup service for both of us separately. Reception only booked one for me, but not her, as was seen from email confirmation. After replying to tell about it, they apologized and told they will book another pickup too. During last 24 hours before arrival, I got confirmation email from the driver, however, she did not. I asked at the hotel reception and they apologized again, and after an hour or so she also got confirmation email, luckily she had some time, because her flight was several hours after I arrived to hotel. I had great experience at this hotel, they also speak fluent English at the reception, this is why I'm confused why they failed to book that airport pickup two times in a row.
