Stanza spaziosa, bagno con doccia ampia, letti comodi, tv lcd, non mancava nulla.. Parcheggio free nel cortile antistante.

Wer in den Heidepark möchte oder nur ein Zimmer für eine Nacht braucht ist hier richtig.

Tolle Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis. Schöne saubere Zimmer und ein umfangreiches Frühstück. Nette Mitarbeiter.

Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat und lärmempfindlich ist, sollte sich unbedingt Ohropax mitnehmen. Die Zimmer an der Straßenseite sind sehr laut und die Türen schließen laut. Gerüche vom Flur sind ebenfalls laut.

The beds where super comfortable and the breakfast was really good. The staff was really helpful when we arrived late and arranged for a smooth arrival even though the front desk was closed.

Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were clean. Good arrangement for the checkin after 9.30 pm.

WIFI is not working in all the room. Looking for a baggage storage help for few hours after checkout and the response from staff was not good.

The staff were nice and helpful. A good sized room for 4 people and was able to be very dark when we wanted to sleep

The rooms we booked on the booking page didn't match what the hotel offered. The hotel rooms were placed with windows towards a busy street.

If the WIFI if being updated we would use this hotel again.

They offer a good breakfast buffet. The location is very convenient if you have to visit Heide Park or Designer Outlet. The rooms are good size. Good parking facilities. Close to a super market and various restaurants.

The WIFI was really bad in the 3 rooms we had (number 3, 4 and 5). We were very often disconnected and that is no fun when you travel with 3 teenagers. There is a Beer Garden with outside seating right below the rooms facing east. Can be a bit noisy during the evening.

Above expectations!

Very big room for 6 people (2x big bed and a bunk bed in an separate room)! Comfortable beds. Very clean, nice towels, very good breakfast (with proseco!). Close to Heide Park (10’ with the car).

A water cooker in the room would be nice.

It has the most disrecpectful staff I had even seen. Cold coffee. I will not recommend such a place.

The Staff at the reception was very rude and disrectpectful, went as far as expressing the fact that he does not bother what I think. The coffee during breakfast was served cold. Also, the funitures in the room were dusty. We asked another staff, if we can talk to the Manager, but the Manager never got to us. They ruined our holidays from the first day. I will never recommend such a place, especially for those with kids.

Never again, I will chose something else next time, and you should as well. AVOID this place.

Comfortable bed, not bad breakfast either. Parking in front of the hotel, never had a problem to find a space there. Neighborhood to the attraction (but this is valid for all hotels in Soltau).

This stay was a disaster. Top floor room heats up very quick (no AC), somehow at 25 deg outside it was 30 deg inside. Only automatic roof window, which closes in the middle of the night waking everybody up. Window is located right above bed and had no blinds, so sun wakes everybody up at 5 am. Personnel notified about it did not care at all. Amount of dust in the room was unbelievable. Found dirty sock behind bathrooms door. No water cooker in the room. Small room with a big column in the middle of it. Seams like room was not refurbished since the 80's. Very bed smell in the room and bathroom. Hotel located beside active church. Bells goes for 5 min at 21.00, and clock bell on the church tower goes every half an hour (also in the night). At the end also to expensive for its quality.
