Absolutnie wyjątkowy!

Absolutnie fantastyczne miejsce z najlepszą lokalizacją w Gdańsku. Wszystkie miejsca, do których musieliśmy dotrzeć znajdowały się najdalej 10 minut spacerem z hotelu. Ultra czysto - hotel po prostu pachnie od samego wejścia, w windach, aż po pokój. Zero kurzu, plam czy obitych kafelek w łazience. Widok na Motławę z pokoju hotelowego jest obłędny. Bardzo przyjemny basen i sauna z widokiem na miasto. Telewizor ma wbudowany Chromecast. Pani Klaudia z recepcji przeszła nasze najśmielsze oczekiwania, przy zameldowaniu pokazując nam osobiście opcje podwyższenia standardów pokojów, opowiedziała o obiekcie wraz z ciekawostkami, dała nam kilka wskazówek dotyczących okolicy i bardzo wpłynęła (super pozytywnie) na odczucia dotyczące pobytu w tym hotelu - dziękujemy! :) Oprócz Pani Klaudii wszyscy inni obecni w lobby również byli bardzo mili, pomocni i mamy nadzieję, że to się nigdy nie zmieni bo zdecydowanie tu wrócimy. :)

Ceny śniadań nawet biorąc pod uwagę sieć Hilton i standardy Michelin przerażają bardziej niż halloweenowy "pan Kruk" na recepcji (ceramiczna dekoracja, nie obsługa hotelowa. :)). Wyjazd z parkingu wymusza zatrzymanie się na bardzo (bardzo!) stromym wzniesieniu. Nasz samochód automatycznie zapobiega staczaniu się w dół, bez tego systemu polecamy żeby za kierownicą był ktoś doświadczony. :)

Forstår ikke helt, hvorfor dette hotel har 5 stjerner.

Virkelig god placering.

Vores receptionist var virkelig utydelig i sit engelske, og generelt var der ikke mange varme smil fra personalet. Der var larmende børn i spa området, og saunaen var meget lille. Der manglede mange ting i morgenmads buffeten en halv time før lukketid. Der var ingen hårtørrer på værelserne.

Zablokiwanie z karty bez wczesniejszego uprzedzenia 400 zl wiecej na poczet platnosci np: drinki w barze. Oczywiscie do zwrotu, ale to i tak nie fair, bo w kazdym innym hotelu rachunki reguluje sie przy wymeldowaniu. W cenie tylko pokoj i sniadanie, bo nawet korzystanie z basenu płatne, co jest bardzo duzym minusem.

Good location and comfortable but for the price and service friendliness you can stay other places

Demanded an Early check-in fee. Came there @noon and the room was ready but if we wanted the room we had to pay extra. This might be the policy but it's the first time I have experienced and I have been in some hotels around the world. I guess the more East you get in Europe, less service or out-of-date policy you get (?) And, I have always request High floor and was given 1st floor. My travel companion had his own booking without any request and was given top floor and we did check-in at the same time. I guess they did that on purpose since I did express my opinion about the early check-in fee. By attitude someone will always be an East-European :-)

Pokój Superior z widokiem na Motławę - obłęd warty swojej ceny. Byliśmy ulokowani na 4 piętrze i mam wrażenie, że to najlepsza kondygnacja z najlepszym widokiem. Często na booking można spotkać się ze zdjęciami pokoi, które niewiele mają wspólnego z prawdą. Tutaj zdjęcia oddawały dokładnie to jak wyglądał pokój w rzeczywistości.

The hotel engaged in fraudulent practices.

The location is probably the only plus of this hotel.

I stayed in room 131 where, for some reason, there was no cold water in the bathroom (the tap was broken), the balcony handle was broken, and the room itself was quite shabby. For a 5-star hotel with such prices, it is unjustifiable to give guests water in plastic bottles instead of glass ones (as required). The food buffet was also disappointing - the dishes were mediocre, the same every day, and some seemed simply stale. At check-out, they even tried to overcharge me (the receptionist added 150 zlotys for the bar and an extra 2000+ zlotys without any reason) - according to previous guests' reviews, this is a common practice in this hotel, trying to charge double although the reserved room was paid for on the first day of arrival. Where do you see that room payments are made upon check-out?

Fantastyczna lokalizacja i nic poza tym

Mieszkałem w pokoju nr 130. Na przeciw znajdowało się pomieszczenie służbowe, którego drzwi zamykały się z wielkim hukiem. Domyślam się, że z pomieszczenia korzystała cała obsługa hotelu, ale nikt z nich nie pomyślał, że ten denerwujący odgłos może przeszkadzać gościom? Odwiedziłem też dwukrotnie restaurację. Raz zamówiłem hamburgera, okazał się być fatalny. Innym razem zjadłem deser, był bez zarzutu.

We were extremely happywith what both theHotel and Gdansk had to offer.

Very good choice at Breakfast. Location could not have been better. It was very central, right on the waterfront and there were numerous restaurants etc close by. We had a fabulous view from our room of the river and some buildings. Our room was large and there was a walk in shower and a bath in the spacious bathroom. The room was very nicely decorated and everything was spotless.

Location and breakfast were excellent.Lovely view from the rooftop terrace.Very clean and spacious room.

Steam sauna had not very nice smell.Doors by the pool should be sliding because every time someone walks in ,the door makes noise is interfering with relaxation.Swimming pool could have done with more heat.And to charge an additional 40 zł.for a swim in the swimming pool and sauna is robbery without violence! Food was lovely but when I seen big fly walking over cold meat I definitely lost my appetite.

City is truly a gem worth exploring. With its breathtaking beauty and rich history, we wholeheartedly recommend visiting it. The atmosphere is vibrant, filled with warmth and hospitality from the friendly local people. Overall, our stay at the hotel was enjoyable with its central location, excellent amenities like restaurants, spa, and a pleasant swimming pool. The room was nice, cozy, clean, and offered a comfortable retreat. The breakfast buffet great, impressed with its quality and variety. However, there were a few notable hiccups. Despite requesting a room on an upper floor beforehand, we were assigned to the lowest floor upon arrival. The front desk staff did their best to accommodate us, which we appreciated.

The most disappointing aspect was being double-charged for our stay without explanation. It took multiple requests to confirm the error, and we're still awaiting reimbursement. Such oversight tarnished the departure experience, highlighting the importance of not just serving guests during their stay but also being diligent in handling departure matters, especially concerning billing errors. This discrepancy doesn't align with the service standards and brand promise of Hilton, which aspires to be the leading global hospitality company, prioritizing guest satisfaction above all. We do hope the issue will be resolved shortly.

Super weekendowy pobyt

Położenie hotelu, wygodne łóżka, przestronne pokoje i łazienki, wysokiej klasy armatura sanitarna, wanna i osobny prysznic, doskonale kosmetyki. Piękne lobby i widok z baru na tarasie. Basen i sauna (choć niewielkie) w zupełności wystarczające.Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie, począwszy od miłej obsługi, sprawne zakwaterowanie i czystość w pokojach jak i całym hotelu kończąc.Przepyszna kawa podawana w klasycznych porcelanowych zastawach Villeroy & Boch w kawiarniach.

Po wizycie w kawiarni na tarasie, doszedłem do wniosku, że trzeba było dopłacić do pokoju z widokiem na Motławę😉
