Loved the location right up close to the beach
Food and drink was quite expensive and nothing to write home about

The location and outlook of the whole resort was lovely. The open air restaurant was very nice and the barbeque with salad buffet on the last night was very good. The pools were very good. Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful, but some not. The bar service was great with excellent cocktails/mocktails. The beach outlook was lovely.
We were not informed that the key card was needed to run the power so initially entered a very hot stuffy room where we could not get anything to work. There was only one key card for the room which was not ideal. Our room had not been serviced properly on check in - no towels at all and little toilet paper, and the sheets were not clean. The room we had was a long way to walk from everything. When we arrived, being tired after a mix up with transport and not having eaten since 7AM, we went to the restaurant and waited behind a couple ordering at 1.45pm and were then told sorry lunch has finished - it is 2pm. The breakfast buffet was very sparse if you went to breakfast a little later than opening time. Restaurant food was fairly pricey for what was being offered.

rooms were standard and aircon had continuous issues but the beach and staff was amazing. we had a great time over there. management should upgrade the room standards though. breakfast was great aswell. can’t complain honestly as my main focus was the beach side view. worth the stay of 3 nights. thank you to all the staffs who made the stay comfortable and so welcoming

5 mins drive into town and markets. Staff and service were good. Relaxing setting. Breakfast was nice.
Housekeeping needs to be done daily. Breakfast should be served on time.

Convenient to the airport
Very tired and poorly maintained. Too expensive for a short stay.

Large room (Beach front bure) with a comfy bed and beautiful grounds. 2 pools and entertainment or activities free if you wish to join in. Sunday music and barbecue was good with great musicians. Great for families with optional adjoining rooms. Friendly other guests.
WiFi very limited area - only in foyer. Shower had no curtain and tired. I paid way more than others for the same room = felt a bit cheated so shop around! Meal at their pizza restaurant disappointing - lack of flavour and quite expensive for what you got. Receptionist ok but not very happy. Road access on dusty dirt road and quite far from any other dining options. Lots of signs around premises warning of theft (no problems luckily)

Pleasant enough, it's one of Fiji's oldest resorts, they do a good job of getting everyone involved (if you like that) nice pools, and plenty of seats. Great base to settle and do some day trips. Most of the staff were lovely. We needed an iron and first person we asked tutted at us, but the next morning a lovely lady brought it straight to our door. Bar staff nice too - great to have our first try of Kava!
Being one of Fiji's oldest resorts, the sea view bungalows could use a referb. Decor is tired and doesn't look like the bathroom has been updated since it opened. We were comfortable, but there are other resorts in the area that are much nicer if you just pay a little more. Road to the resort is gravel, service is pretty slow even for island-time.

The driver Naveen who drive us to the Airport was really nice and explained to us a lot about Fijian culture on the way.
Rooms were old and not that clean. Our room smelt of B o really bad.

I ordered a Caesar salad for dinner (the one night we stayed) and was advised there wasn't any bacon available after ordering (there should be a discount offered for something short of an ingredient). Then when it arrived it didn't have any croutons or parmesan either! So no bacon, croutons or parmesan! So it was a small amount of chicken, a tiny poached egg and some lettuce. And full price.

We stayed for one night on our way out to the islands. It was within easy access of the airport.
Slightly tired and in need of upgrading a bit.

The ambience is lovely, very village like and simple. Sat night entertainment was really good . Beachfront is beautiful. Pools were very clean although missing tiles. Staff were lovely and eager to please
The breakfast was not great value ,very limited selection and hot food not available for almost an hour after opening.
Very limited dining options with a pizza place and whatever the themed dinner was . All day Snack menu would have been good
Bathrooms were very dated but clean
General maintenance seemed to be lacking - eg pool tiles missing, sloppy paint job in room, bathroom vanity coming away from the wall.

Location was close enough to the port and airport.
Started off as waiting for our pre booked transfers from the airport but then a random lady had informed us that the resort wanted to pass on a message that we should just get a taxi as their shuttle was busy. Keep in mind this is an already booked transfers.
We then arrived at the resort and had checked in. The service could be better, we left the reception feeling like it was an inconvenience to process our check in. We were taken to our room by one of the guys, who had to carry our luggage on his back as the route to the room was muddy (no cwalk way). We got to the room and it was not made. Not the housekeepers fault, they were short staffed, but why check us in if it’s not ready?
We had to wait for our room to be serviced, taken approx 20 mins to do. Our room is a bit disappointing, nothing like the photos. Floor skirting looks like it’s not been cleaned for years, the room gad a sink that looks like it’s for a bathroom, the bathroom is not up to standard. It didn’t have a fan extractor, the flooring had some rusting, the sink bench was on a slope, the shower has some stones that just didn’t look like it’s been maintained- it just didn’t feel clean. Pretty sure there’s some mould growing in the corners of the bathroom ceilings.
The staff were very conscious of guest requests - thinking that we won’t return them or something.
The beds have big ants and my partner has been bitten since day 1.
The location is a bit remote, gravel road before getting to the resort. Lots of taxi drivers are likely to charge more because of this.

The location is perfect - Away from the big resorts, beach is nice, pools are good, bar and restaurant area are in a good location. Gardens are beautiful. Hammocks under coconut palms to chill in.
If you are looking to get away from the tourist trap at Denarau this might be the place for you.
Drinks list is well put together and very well made. Food is ok. There is also a tour booking desk however I did not use this.
Bures are right on the beach front and the surrounding gardens are beautiful.
The whole place needs a clean. Literally everything in the rooms is black with dirt. You can literally write your name in the dust on everything. Light switches and handles have a black tide line from use. Window nets for bugs are collecting a museum of dead insects on the inside. Bathroom has mould.
*Sheets and towels were very clean.
The bar which is run excellently, has a full surround of really dirty glasses hanging from the roof (as decor), but it is not pleasant. Dining area covered but open to outside and so not expecting it to be sterile, however just a sweep and good mop would have been a bonus.
Sorry club fiji, I wanted to write a better review but this is honest.

We visited for first time last year on our way to NZ. We wanted to return. It’s comfortable, the staff are excellent and the location is perfect.most of the time we had the each to ourselves. The food was good, drinks reasonably priced and we always pick a beach front bungalow, for the view and its proximity to the beach.
The only downside is there is nowhere else to go, unless you book a taxi.

The resort is located right at the beach with an awesome view of the mountains. You need to take a cab which usually cost $10 to $30 AUD to get to close by attractions, hotels, supermarket, etc.
The beachfront villas were not as clean as we were expecting with very old ameneties

Location feels very remote on a beach that is not pretty. It reminds me of the Hawai'i Kai/Kuliouou area if that means anything to you. Staff were alright, I encountered friendlier staff at other places. I was only there for a night to transit the next morning, I can imagine the remote location may appeal to those who want to truly get away.

Staff,Outlook, location. Gardens were beautiful.
Extremely dated and the bungalows needed serious repairs.zero sound privacy and the road in was rough and went past an open crematorium.

Nice beach, apart from all the cigarette butts.
Pave the road to the resort. Horrible breakfast, we ate much better at a backpackers resort.
