3.2
Miła obsługa
W materacu były dziury, toaleta ledwo się trzyma, kabina prysznicowa brudna

Nothing
Me and my son were on a business trip in Poland. We chose this hotel through booking and were shocked. Terrible narrow beds with bad, old mattresses. The pillows seemed to be older than my grandmother. Synthetic bed linen. Dirt is everywhere. There wasn't even shampoo in the bathroom. Breakfast was from 7.00 to 10.00 in the morning, we arrived at 9.30 and were rudely told that we were already late. I can't even recommend this hotel to an enemy.
3.2
Nothing
Terrible apartment, dirty, smelled like smoke, ventilation did not work, radiators were supported by bricks, curtains were torn, the kettle worked every now and then
3.2

I had a kettle in the room. nothing else.
one of the worst places I ever was in. no value for money and I felt miserable.
first of all, It was dirty all around the room, you could find dirt everywhere basically but to name a few things: carpet was dirty all over the room, mold on the shower hose and curtain, dirt inside the window frame, cups for coffee were also not well washed, some dust & dirt under the mattress on the bed, etc.-I attached photo proofs.
then, the facilities were simply broken all over, again to name a few: broken AC, lights above the mirror in the shower, shower head, curtains rog (it fell when I moved the curtain in the room)-I attached one carpet photo bec can’t attach more.
next, bed linen was so worn out that I first thought that I had no pillow ware, but then I discovered that pillow ware was just darker than the pillow itself.
I felt so humiliated and disgusting in the room. didn’t want to touch anything. and slept fully dressed not to touch the bed linen and with a scarf under the bead not to use the pillow.
also, was so cold, no heating, that I slept as said fully dressed+2 blankets.
reception was not there anymore in the evening. I called them. she said she needs time to call her left colleague and she hang up on me and didn’t call back herself! I called back and another girl answered, she didn’t speak English and I had to use my poor polish. and she started arguing that she checked the room and it was cleaned.
so, my request to change the room was rejected, my request to cancel second day of stay was also rejected and via booking.com my booking was not refundable. it is sad because I would change the hotel and ask for refund.
3.2
Quiet and familiar place.
Body towel of the size of face towel.
No AC
Fan of the size of my hand.
3.2
Very nice room with all necessary staff
