Ok stay but could be better for 4 star hotel due to above.

Good location although a distance from main city. Good view from room. Nice grounds. Helpful staff. Good tailor in reception.

Smell from toilet drains in room. Limited menu and the same daily. Very noisy residents above room, moving furniture till after midnight and from 7 in the morning. Children running in corridor outside room till after 11 at night.

Lovely setting - check room for WiFi.

Lovely quiet hotel in beautiful grounds. I have stayed here before and wanted to come back. The food was very nice. The swimming pool was lovely. It was nice when we were able to have breakfast in the Nails building.

Was disappointed not to be staying in the main hotel, but the annexe part instead which is not as nice. Had to move rooms as there was no WiFi and there was a very noisy fan in the bathroom we couldn't turn off. Service was sometimes very slow when we just wanted drinks.

the location and the view.

the staff seems a combination of local folks who can neither talk in Hindi or English or even local dialect. not an isolated experience and also the once at counter (mostly 20-25 year old) guys were so haughty on all counts.

Buffet was only South Indian both days.

The guy at reception wasn’t helpful.

For one night, it was okay. The spacious room and bathroom helped. The location was convenient.

Good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff.

The tiled floor without carpet felt very cold to walk barefoot. The room has A/C but no heating. This being winter, the felt cold too.

My first trip to Jaipur and our stay at KK Royal hotel made it more memorable

Facilities are not bringing value for money! Their paid dinner did not include any starters. Their staff is not courteous and focusing more on hotel policy rather guest requirements and hotel policies are more focused on cost saving. My mocktail drink was very sweet, when we asked to add soda than he shown resistance and said that they need to open a new soda bottle. Such a weird response was unexpected. Breakfast- no live counters were there typically you get fresh soda or utappam etc. other buffet options were not served hot. The bedding did not look clean, pillows were uncomfortable and not with standard size. Cushions were smelly! Overall very bad experience I very frequently visit Jaipur, do not planning to stay there in future.

First day breakfast wasn't good but it was on the second day.

We were supposed to check out at 12 but we were off to see Amer fort and reached the hotel back at 11.45 but the hotel already has checked our bags put of the hotel room. And the behavious of some staff was very polite but some were very rude and unfriendly

Overall a pleased stay with room for improvement like charging points near the bed head.

Loved the location. The staff was lovely. The food was nice. The issues we had were received quickly.

Firstly there are no charging points near the bed to charge your phones. The electric points they had were all occupied for lamps, televisions etc. This was a big let down.

My vacation came to the end as I joined this hotel.

Location was okay but service and gestures from the staff was very cold

They need to raise their standards, Follow up on guests issues were zero

Very good hotel, located outside city and very close to Amber fort

Location close to Amber fort, so very convenient for tourists. Hotel rooms are quite big and clean, staffs are helpful

Overall good but food service need to be improve.

All are good like view from hotel was awesome. Hotel garden , I loved their breakfasts variety. Just need to improve food service & start more dishes to serve in the extra food order.
