Niks
Alles. Vervallen en verlaten hotel. Geen golfbaan. Is weg. Renovatie. Heel veel herrie. Zwembad dicht. Er staat 5 ster. Dat zal vroeger zo geweest zijn maar nu zou ik het nog geen 2 ster geven. Geen restaurants in de buurt. Chinees restaurant in het hotel mensen heel ongemanierd. Kamers verouderd. Schimmel in de badkamer met kleine beestjes. Kamers zijn ruim, maar daar is ook alles mee gezegd. Ontbijt niet aan te raden. Voor de lokale mensen zal het beter zijn. Niet als outsider naar dit hotel!

1) Our studio room is spacious for us. The bed and pillows are comfortable.
2) Bathroom is okay.
3) The pool is okay but not the view.
4) Breakfast also okay but a bit bland esp the pasta section.
5) Check in and check out is so easy and smooth.
6) The staff are great. Always greet with a smile.
1) No night activity. We went to the spa and sport center at 8pm and it's closed. We thought it will be open until 10pm.
2) The restaurant on the main building only open until 6pm. Last room service order is 4.30pm.
3) The small shop have limited goods and no souvenir of any kind that have the resort name or picture.
4) The view from the pool 'tak best' because there are construction going on only 100 meters from the pool. We have to smell smoke and dirt from the construction site while swimming.

I appreciate the fast response from the facilities team in regard to any issues that we had during our stay. The hotel is a bit outdated but some of their facilities are okay.
I am so sorry but the hotel should start to invest in upgrading their facilities such as toilets etc. The cleanliness of the hotel is so worrying. Since most of the furniture and items in the room are heavily made from wood, more maintenance is needed to keep them clean. The apartment sink and drawers etc are quite dirty as well. All in all, they have to upgrade and hire more people too. There was no bell boy during our stay, we have to get our own luggage trolly and bring them to our room ourselves.

The resort is good in general. Nothing much to say or brag though.
The price is a bit high for what is offered. Room is looking dated, facilities also broken and worn down. Room amenities were 'cheap feeling', torn towels, stained bedsheet. breakfast were also on the simpler side, nothing delicious came through the mind. This resort definitely have the potential to be 5 star with what ot can offer, but until then, they need to refurbish and upkeep the rooms/hotel to be more competitive.
