Quiet and comfortable in a quirky, beautiful old building in central Lucca.

The location was in one of the main squares so couldn't be more central and yet the room was very quiet and peaceful with a lovely view to the clock tower.

A full length mirror in the bedroom would have been handy.

Our favourite hotel to date - we HAD to stay and extra night! Unbelievable!

Everything: - The location was perfect (right on Piazza San Michele) - The staff are amazing, so accommodating, kind and polite - The room was STUNNING, as was the entire building - The breakfast each morning was exceptional, and served in our room (as standard, we didn't have to specially request this) Honestly we cannot fault this place! Grazie Mille!

Beautiful Palazzo with a breathtaking view on the Piazza San Michele!

You could not wish for a better location: just in the very centre of Lucca, on the beautiful Piazza San Michele! We’ve got a room with the breathtaking view on the Chiesa di San Michele in Foro. A real pleasure was to enjoy the aperitif on the beautiful terrace on the top floor from the Palazzo Rocchi. Very friendly and helpful personnel, delicious breakfast, gorgeous interior of the Palazzo, all this made our staying in the Palazzo Rocchi very pleasant and romantic! We will be definitely back!

I'd give it 11/10 if I could

Everything was exceptional, perfect location. Impeccably clean. The staff are so friendly and helpful. This is an absolute gem of a place 👌🏽 they're doing everything right. The rooftop photos don't even do it justice, that is one incredible panoramic view!

Everything was exceptional! The staff were extremely attentive, professional and friendly. The bedroom and the common rooms were immaculate and beautifully presented. The location was perfect and the roof terrace just stunning.

Only that I had to leave at the end of my stay :(

A wonderful and special stay

A superb property right in the very heart of Lucca. The Queen Suite was wonderful to stay in, very comfy bed, I felt totally pampered. Staff friendly and attentive, lovely breakfast with local and hand made produce, and the restaurant food was lovely too. You pay a little extra to stay at this property but the staff have ticked all the boxes to make your stay special. I was sorry to leave.

The suite that we were upgraded to was absolute luxury, 3 rooms styled like an Italian Palace. Staff very helpful and friendly. Food in the restaurant was top class. Location could not be better
