A lovely stay!

The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a nice balcony. The jacuzzi was a perfect addition especially when the tide went out and you couldn’t go in the sea, and the sunbeds were comfortable. The breakfast was lovely with a great selection and also hot food cooked to order. The lady on receptionist was so so friendly and made us feel so welcome, she even remembered it was my partners birthday. On the whole it was a very good stay

The restaurant food at lunch wasn’t too nice and everything was quite expensive. The food next door was nicer and cheaper

Beste accomodatie op PhiPhi

De locatie is geweldig, een paar minuten lopen door de drukke pier en je bent op deze rustige en mooie locatie. De kamers waren erg ruim en schoon, hele comfortabele bedden (vooral de kussens). Het personeel is echt geweldig en erg vriendelijk. De manager van het hotel denkt ook met je mee indien nodig.

Loved our stay

We loved Mama Beach residence! The staff were so lovely and really accommodating. The room was clean with comfy beds and everything you could need for your stay. You also have access to private beach. Balcony had a beautiful view of the sea. Would definitely recommend and we will be back next time we’re in Koh Phi Phi

Not a dislike but something to note is that there is a jacuzzi not a swimming pool, but that really doesn’t matter when you have the beach on your doorstep.

kendimize ait özel plajı var gibi. Odalar denize neredeyse 10 metre mesafede. Harika bir plajı var. Merkezdeki barlara ve restoranlara 5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. resepsiyonda çalışan iki hanımefendi de çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Piya tatilimizdeki tüm isteklerimiz için elinden geleni yaptı. Barda çalışan kısa saçlı hanımefendi de bize çok yardımcı oldu ne icecek istersek yaptı ve çok tatliydi. aslına bakarsanız otel çalışanlarının hepsi birbirinden yardımsever ve iyi insanlardı. Otel çok temiz .hiç düşünmeden konaklayabilirsiniz.

The best place to be in Phi Phi island

Mama beach is an amazing place and the staff are super nice and friendly everywhere. In reception, pick up from and to the pier, the staff in the restaurant and the bar, massage ladies… it’s just in front beach where you can have a good swim and lying down to have some sun. The breakfast is big buffet, different and nice. You can as well use the kayak for free for two hours there and buy with then the ferry ticket to somewhere else. Thank you for everyone and speacially to Siri and her friend in the reception because they were super great. We will stay here next time if we come back to Phi Phi island.

Amazing staff and great place to stay.

How friendly the staff was. Feeling welcome from the beginning to the end. Overall was fantastic but the staff was superb.

3 nuits idéales à Koh Phi Phi !

Un très chouette hôtel, à l’écart du bruit et du centre animé de Koh Phi Phi et c’est appréciable (10mn à pied). Le personnel est adorable, les chambres sont plutôt spacieuses et propres. Lit confortable et vue mer idéale !

Ce n’est pas indiqué mais la salle de bain est à moitié intérieur / extérieur (un peu comme à Bali). Nous n’avons eu aucune bêtes mais nous aurions aimé le savoir en amont ! Les prix des chambres sont un peu chers (même hors saison)

Great location away from noise & boat arrivals.

Great breakfast, away from the busy party zone which means quite a walk to centre but we like that. Very friendly staff who fixed our fridge problem promptly.

Not having a pool to swim, particularly when low tide meant exposed rocks & not a good swimming option in a hot place. Shower control - either very hot or totally cold & adjustment very high so couldn’t be reached by most guests. Bar closed at 5pm most nights when Happy Hour was promoted all over the property for 5.30-6.30! Generally a bit tired overall but staff were lovely & proactive.

Excellent location and very helpful staff. We were charged local prices got the minibar!

We weren’t keen on the breakfast choices? The shower was a challenge, was hard to get the right temperature? The towels were very old.

Best n worth phiphi hotel choice

We really amazed with the people here the moment we met the pick up luggage guy at the pier, he really helpful and welcome us friendly, the reception too is really hepfull with all our needs, the manager is always around to help u, the breakfast is definitey the top on the list to marked, you get complimentary kayaking daily for 2 hours, and night shift reception as well as good as others by attentivey lead us the way to our room with his flastlight till we reach the stair, couldnt be more happy than anything more, really worth of money to spend here and definitey wil be stay here again if we visit phiphi.

The location that quite far from the pier, which is nothing to do bout this, but the service and facilities are covering that and will amaze you!

wonderful place

great breakfast and location, very helpful manager and staff, wonderful beach, clean rooms , the hotel provide baggage delivery from the pier which is very useful, close to the 'center' but still a quite place, very well organized boutique hotel which makes you feel like at home :) I wish to visit Phi Phi again & stay at the same place

between 11.30 am and 2 pm private tours are coming to the next hotel...which was sometimes little hectic...but not very inconvenient

Amazing holiday paradise, we would return in a heartbeat

Beautiful hotel, located at end of the seafront below a stunning cliff with a lovely clean beach, soft white sand and clear water, such a relaxing atmosphere. A short walk from the night life but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful evening. The staff were amazing, so friendly, helpful and attentive supported by their passionate and hardworking boss and owner Angelo. Our room was spacious, cosy and comfortable. Excellent buffet breakfast with lots of tasty offerings and also a menu of freshly prepared food cooked to order options. Great cocktail bar on the beach too, an amazing place to stay !

Nothing, we were sad we had to leave.

Great staff great food would def return again & recommend!

The staff was impeccable. The service was beyond amazing. every morning they would remember my coffee order which was a nice personal touch. They helped us book a boat & taxi for our return. The food was delicious. They do laundry at this place for a great price and it was folded and smelled delicious. I would stay here again.

The lighting in the room is bad and also the shower is an indoor/outdoor shower - wasn't expecting that but it wasn't that bad. Just make sure you keep the bathroom door shut so mosquitoes don't get in your room.

Great hotel in Phi Phi

Property is very nice and in the very quiet area. This is very important in Phi Phi. But still you can hear some music in the night. Beach in front of the hotel is amazing. And the sand also. Breakfast is delicious and staff is very nice and kind. Room is lovely, bathroom is ok. Shower was great.

Excellent location, rooms, service and value for money which is highly recommended.

Perfect location along the beach from the main hustle and bustle of Ton Sai beach and pier. Great rustic Thai feel but with lovely rooms and great service in perfect location.

The common Thai drain smell can be recognised in some of the back rooms but the staff make every effort to accommodate and help where and when required as it is out of their control.

nice relaxing stay

easy access to the sea, nice buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. nice friendly people. Clean room with nice comfy beds.

No swimming pool but jacuzzi and mini bar not refilled. would have seen that plastic is cleared from the beach but no priority to the hotels. I personally did not like the open bathroom (in the outside).
