Location is great and breakfast was very good.
There was some Traffic noise when you opened the window, so better to sleep with the air conditioning

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the centre of the city. We were able to park our motorcycles inside the secure gate, which was a real bonus. The room was large, light and airy. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. We were in Tournai for only one night. We will definitely be returning and would want to stay in this hotel again.
The shower screen in the bathroom leaked badly and flooded the floor. That was the only fault I could highlight.

no tea making facility in the room but free coffee and tea available all day in the breakfast area so not an issue.

Odd place, separated into 2 bldgs with a maze of entrances and current renovation issues.
How to locate entrances, stairways and elevators.

The hotel is ideally located in the vicinity of the Grand Place in Tournai, in an interesting building with a historical look outside but modern inside. Two entrances on both sides of the building help you to get in :=) My room was comfortable (fantastic bed!), there was a little refrigerator in the room, nothing to complain about.

Well located hotel, very nice staff. Our room was under the roof, spacious and confortable.
Breakfast was good too and one can enjoy remaining pastries and fresh hot drinks during the day.
Some rotten smell coming from the roof area when opening the Velux. We kept it closed.
Parking is rather limited, but the streets around offer the option to park (blue area disc or ticket)

The room was nice quiet and comfortable
The location wasn't great there is only on street parking and there was a big hoo ha about getting in the main gate after 8pm. If that had been mentioned on the website we wouldn't have booked it at all. For the facilities you got it was quite expensive. No tea and coffee machine in the room not even a bottle of water.

Great location near to the historic centre, shops and restaurants. Good access to transport links.
Very comfortable bed, excellent hot powerful shower, plenty of parking. Good varied breakfast.
Nothing to dislike.

Almost everything was perfect! Especially the staff and the location.
The lack of a/c while There was 42 degrees outside was a huge minus, but I understand the heat waves are not so often in Belgium. Anyway, that would be a nice Thing to have. Also wifi signal was really bad, so we couldn’t use it at all.

Location was ideal but there were elements of this being more like a budget Hotel.
There were no refreshments in the room, bottled water had to be paid for!!
Breakfast was frugal. Not one of the best Hotels we have stayed at!
Refreshments, such as water, should be available (what’s the point of an empty fridge in the room)?!
Breakfast was ok but not one of the best. Fresh fruit was not really fresh & some of the bread did not taste fresh!
