The pool, the service, location, cleanliness, 80s architecture and that we had a small issue with a lost item and the staff followed up with us very well.
There was noise since early that made us struggle a little bit to rest

Our rooms were quiet big and cleen (just you need to ask for renovated room if available). The territory of the hotel is quet green and big, nice lobby area and you have place with bars, large swimming pool.
There is nothing to eat for breakfast. The choice is small. Only omlet is good. Sausages and beans were terrible, sorry to say.
Wi-Fi area only near reception area. Never worked in the room so had to use my home internet for work.

It seemed like it used to be a good hotel but not anymore
Also, Breakfast was good.
Our stay was for one night and and we woke up at 4:30 am from the loud banging of the doors done by the Housekeeping as they were cleaning the rooms next to us.
There are no signs at the door for cleaning the room or do not disturb.
I wasn't sure if they would enter our room while we were sleeping and the lock was not showing any functionality, I had to put a chair behind the door and a pillow over my head for the noise

The newly refurbished en suite air conditioned room with a balcony was maintained to a high standard. The staff welcomed us with a cheerful happy birthday greeting on arrival at 4 30 am. The service offered by all staff from reception to the pool to the restaurant was courteous and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool was very large with sufficient sun beds umbrellas and towels. The pool attendants were considerate and helpful. The buffet style evening meal was diverse and delicious again with exemplary service. The concierge were able to sort taxis and the hotel bank was invaluable. The location is ideal for the pyramids and the new museum. A short taxi ride takes you to the metro which is an efficient way to access Cairo city We will return.
This is difficult as we found everything perfect. Maybe a little more tourist information available?
