We feel discriminated.

Average waiting time for breakfast is around 2 hours (we went to the restaurant at 7.30am and was told to wait 2 hours. Staff refused to speak english and was not helpful at all.

Great stay at Manza Beach

Suite had 3 balconies off the room with great views of sea and beach. Club lounge was great. Good breakfast and no waiting. Also, free drinks and snacks in early evening. Easy access to Manza beach with complimentary passes for towels and sunloungers and some watersports. Some activities for kids. Hotel has shop, ample free parking and use of laundry facilities which was great. Lots of nearby restaurant options and a Lawson a short drive away if needed.

We booked a suite and was surprised that there was only one small toilet in the room. Club lounge doesn't allow children between 6.30 and 8pm which is a bit strange when you travel with family and this is normal dinner time.

Not recommended, very disappointed

I would like to express my gratitude to two very sincere staff members, Miyagi Kaori and Kyoka. They helped my wife with her healthcare issues and spent a lot of time assisting us in finding medical assistance. Their patience and professionalism greatly enhanced the service. This is my second time staying at this hotel. My experience 10 years ago was much better. I recently visited in July 2024, and the hotel was severely understaffed. The pool was never cleaned properly, the bathtub was stained, and the bed sheets had blood stains. All the facilities require additional charges, including the kids' playground and even the beach inflatables. The beach bouncy inflatable cost us 5,000 yen per person. The facilities are old, the rooms are aging, and there was a lot of dust behind and between the beds. The car park is ridiculously far, requiring a shuttle ride, for which you constantly need to line up. I have never stayed at any 5-star hotel where you need to line up 20-30 minutes for breakfast. The staff should inform guests in advance that they should expect a 30-minute wait for breakfast. We had to miss breakfast because we had reservations for snorkeling and couldn’t wait for a table. The Japanese restaurant's breakfast is terrible, and dinner there is extremely overpriced. The Ocean Cafe menu is boring, with very few choices. We had to drive to find restaurants for the last few days of our trip. Honestly, I wouldn’t complain if it were not an Intercontinental brand and if the hotel charged us less. It’s totally not worth it. Ten years ago, my wife and I had a great memory at the Intercontinental, but this time we had a terrible experience.

走到沙灘很近很舒適，泳池小孩玩很安全

訂房（雙單）有註記要併床，這樣小孩睡中間比較安全，飯店也有回覆ok，但是去到現場卻說床不能合併，可以升等加價，去別間，如果一開始我就訂錯房型為什麼不先通知我讓我改訂正確房型。去Ocean park玩並非官網寫的all day，早上10點到海灘報名也說all day，當下玩到12點回飯店午餐午睡後3點想要再回去玩，才下水，救生員就來說已經Close，有被騙的感覺，

入口から入った時に良い香りがし、海からの風を受けて気持ち良い気分になりました

海外の宿泊客が多いのは良いのですが、中国人が割り込んで来てフロントを占拠するのが良くなかった割り込んで来たお客に何か一言注意をして日本の文化で対応して欲しい

总体性价比不错，但对不租车全程想利用公共交通游玩的游客不是特别友好

性价比高，机场直接坐利木津巴士很方便，服务热情，有免费大澡堂子很舒服，适合度假。

预订的房间写了高级海景房，但没有提示有遮挡，希望改进。去附近的景点比如万座毛，没有接驳巴士接送，最好有

Sorry for the hotel, it for sure was a top one but nowadays, it’s another old outdated hotel and I will not be return.

There are multiple activities you can choose from. We tried tok tok, it was fun and price is very reasonable. Also took the ocean park game which was fun as well

The rooms are very small. A family of four with children aged 7 and 12 definitely needs a larger room or an additional bed. The bathroom is small, with only a combined tub and shower. The balcony has many bugs, making it impossible to enjoy. The pool is small, and the facilities are generally outdated. The public bath is not hot spring water. The dinner buffet was bad, with limited choices and poor taste. Breakfast is better than dinner, likely because there are more people. This hotel may have been very nice and luxurious in the '90s, but compared to other hotels now, it is definitely old, and I feel sorry for them.

沒想到洲際這樣高檔的飯店居然設備這麼差

海灘很近很漂亮早餐相當豐富好吃出門就有很多餐廳可選擇

設備陳舊房內的房門和插座居然是泛黃塑膠游池封閉沒開放令人失望健身房居然是把器材塞在改裝的窄小客房內實在有點誇張

夏天入住可能比較適合。

床舒適、海灘很棒、建築物看起來很漂亮。服務人員很親切、早餐預約系統很讚、早餐也還不錯。

冬天沒有室外游泳池，大眾浴場又裝修要男女輪流使用。真的太貴了！

Superb location to enjoy the beautiful sea view in Okinawa

Superb location with great ocean and beach view. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The hotel provided several sea activities, which you can purchase during the stay. The property also got a small private beach. Good place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Okinawa.

You can tell the age of the hotel by the interior decoration and furniture.

The hotel is located in a beautiful beach. The staff was amazing, they did everything possible to make our days pleasant and everything was wonderful. We took a bus from Naha that stops in front of the hotel. I recommend!

Don’t miss the waterpark with your kids.

The waterpark is super fun and is the highlight of our trip in Okinawa ! It could be quite challenging to climb back on the floating park if you fall into the water. But you feel safe as they have a friendly and professional lifeguard patrolling at the park to help you out whenever you are in trouble.

The hotel is dated and they are apparently understaffed. We checked in at around 9:30 at night and we had to wait for 15 minutes for the baggages to arrive at the room for a much needed shower after a long day. And on another day we returned to our room at around 4:00 in the afternoon after a fishing trip. But the room has not been maked up. We only saw the cleaning ladies arrived after we left for dinner at 5:30. There is no chair in the balcony and so the balcony is basically for …. umm … laundry. The breakfast is so so for a Japanese high-end hotel. They have a private beach but it closes at 5:00 in the afternoon. They won’t let you go inside the water without lifeguard. Safety comes first and do start your day early!

This is a great hotel! Granted that the rooms are a bit dated but overall the resort provides an excellent experience

Kids have a great time at the beautiful beach and nice pool.

Breakfast is good with both buffet and Japanese option , staff is very helpful to organise tables. Foot quality and variety is good too. The only thing that i would say they can improve is that it seems shortage of staff and everyone is very busy that if you would like to have a coffee, you need to ask the staff

The only thing I don't like or didn't expect is that spa centre actually closed quite early. In the resort area usually we spent most of the day time doing outdoor activities and return back to hotel after dinner. However spa closed at 9:30pm and last booking is 8:30 which I thought it seems a bit early

I won’t recommend this hotel to others

Building is too old No air conditioning except inside the room At noon time , I asked them to set an extra bed for me before 8:00pm ( we have 2 adults and 2 kids) But it was not done by 9pm And I need to go down to the Front desk to complain and it was eventually done at 10:00pm
