Comfortable stay

saturday night alright for noise.

Location is excellent, attached cafe is very good.

Ownwr lives off site and it shows, loud offensive heffalumps banging on doors, swearing and yelling most of the night. In cafe in evening staff were excellent ordering/serving to table, in morning with over four staff on you have to get up and go place order (staff too busy folding napkins and gas bagging).

Our friends and us were very happy with our stay.Good value for money.walking distance to town.

Room was very spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable.

The receptionist was very accommodating and professional. The room was perfectly clean and comforta.

Friendly, professional reception. The room was clean and inviting..the on site restaurant was excellent. Great communication In regards to arriving and departure.

Perfect for one night stay, Had everything I needed

Had everything I needed for a short stay on my way to Grampians. Room was spacious, bathroon clean, fridge and microwave, easy check in.

The pillows were not comfortable.

Good place to stay if you want quick access to a high-quality restaurant

The bistro attached to the hotel is quite good

I'm at a loss to understand why the hotel doesn't provide an information pack. I was told by reception that information was available via the television but this was just a bistro menu. The menu did not indicate what time the kitchen closed, and there were other questions left unanswered that would normally be answered via a physical booklet. The worst example of this was that my room overlooked a beautiful aquatic centre. When preparing to leave, I googled the hotel website to try to find the reception's opening time, and it was only here, after two days, that I discovered that the hotel actually provided access to these facilities.

Good location and room

Nice room with a view of the surrounding parkland .

There was no opening windows to get fresh air into the room . Only an air conditioner which I did not use because it did not provide fresh air.

A convenient and comfortable stopover.

Very easy stopover accommodation with a good restaurant onsite. Bed was comfortable.

Sound of people leaving early. Be wary of the sudden change of temperature in the shower to scorching hot.

The epitome of what a high quality value comfort inn should be

Stopped off at Horsham on the way to Adelaide, was so impressed. Super clean and comfortable room. Great location and the staff were incredibly friendly. Modern facilities, TV, bedside lamps, very comfortable beds. Modern key entry locks made it easier rather than having to worry about losing keys and check in was a breeze at less than 1 minute. Would highly recommend it.

TV system was a little slow to operate using the proprietary system.... as a result disney was the only streaming platform that would work. Google TV or something like that would be good as an inexpensive upgrade ($80 per room)

room was clean and well furnished, beds were comfortable and great location to walk to many dinner options

lots of trades cars staying/parked at facility, could hear the reverse beeper of at least 3 cars leaving at 7am

Very convenient place to stay, near to good breakfasts and a great pub for dinner.

We often stay here as it is half way between Melbourne and Adelaide. Rooms are cheap and clean, staff friendly and check in is simple.
