Limpieza, estaba cerca de los lugares de interés en coche. Centro comercial muy cerca. Personal muy agradable

El parking siempre estaba lleno y los accesos al hotel en coche eran algo complicados sino te conoces la zona. El precio alto

El personal era muy simpático, siempre buscando nuestra comodidad y atendiendo nuestras peticiones. El personal de limpieza hace un muy buen trabajo cada vez que limpian las habitaciones, quedan impolutas.

Se nota que las instalaciones están algo desgastadas, pero, nada que no puedan arreglar si se menciona en recepción. En el baño de nuestra habitación tenía la mampara de la ducha con algunas juntas despegadas y se salía el agua por ahí, además, en la ducha no tragaba bien el agua, debía estar algo obstruídas las tuberías cuando llegamos.

Spoiled by confusion re payment

Location close to Ferries

On leaving the young man at reception said we were clear to go. We understood there was no further payments due. It would be helpful just to say how much and what for without a complicated system being invoked. So could you please let me know and I will arrange payment to you. Thank you. Dr Iain Gordon

Nos alojamos por oposiciones y estuvo bien. El hostal está en un polígono, tienes aparcamiento, un centro comercial cerca por si queréis cenar y comer, ya que en el propio hostal tienes cosas básicas y quizá se van un poco de precio. El desayuno continental aunque cueste 9,95 está muy bien, tienes que reservarlo y pagarlo previamente. El personal que nos tocó eran encantadores. En cuanto a la habitación es amplia cama de 1,50 con una mesa y silla y su televisión. La limpieza era normal.

El agua de la ducha tenía poca presión y si que es cierto que salía caliente y fría de repente sin poder regularla bien.

Me gustó la recepción, el bar, el desayuno, el personal super amable y entregado. Está bien para aparcar; si no hay sitio en el parking hay plazas fuera y gratis.

La almohada que estaba hecha pedazos, las toallas estaban pidiendo renovarse, faltan enchufes en la habitación, solo había uno en el baño y otro en la habitación.

The staff were absolutely lovely. It's great that they accept dogs and have a space to have breakfast with them. The food halls right nextdoor is dog-friendly too. In general, clean and comfortable.

The tariff for the dog seems a little excessive.

Well placed Hotel for Ferry. Basic hotel, but with good service and great staff

Staff very professional. Although evening meal was pre cooked before bringing into Hotel. It was very hot and tasty. Breakfast was very good and a very good verity of food items both continental and English. Will be staying again in the future.

Nothing to dislike apart from Brochure stating that there was secured car parking, when it wasn’t. No Barrier and anyone on foot can enter via two separate entrances. But that is only a very small negative, which I turn was a good nights stay.

Very useful for a one night stop on the way to Bilbao ferry port.

Close to Bilbao ferry port. Comfortable beds

One bedside light didn’t work. The shower cubicle floor was very slippy and I fell. I told the member of staff on reception who noted this and gave us a coffee and cake to take with us. We stay here every year and will continue to do so.

Location 10km to port is the reason to stay here.

The location 10/15 minutes from the port is the main reason to stay here. The huge shopping centre across the road was an unexpected bonus for our evening. The staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast was fine too.

The rooms are very basic, it's fine if you're just travelling through for 1 night.

They did food in the evening in the hotel which was plus for me as I have mobility issues and had a young dog with me.

It wasn't clear from booking.com or the Ibis website if they did food in the hotel. It was a relief to find they did as I have mobility issues - it should be better advertised a doing food.

Good after an 8 hour drive.

The room was very clean, the bed was quite comfortable..I asked for extra pillows and we got them straight away. Breakfast was fine for a continental breakfast, everything we needed from fruit, yoghurt and coffee

Nothing really although we did have to drive around to try to find the entrance, we could see it from the other side of the duel carriage way, it could be better sign posted.

good reasonable budget hotel with good access to A8 and 20 mins from ferry terminal.

The room was basic but had all you need . breakfast had good selection of cereals, meats, cheeses, breads, fruit, and selection of pastrys.
