Zeer prettig verblijf

Bcp de bruit ce jour là

Très bon matelas.

Un couple s'est engueulé pendant une ou 2 heures à mon étage entre 11 h et 1 h du mat. Probablement des personnes étrangères logées. Mais je veux alerter sur le fait que certains hotels sont sollicités pour loger des personnes sans logement (et c'est très bien pour eux) mais qui en gros ne bossent pas le lendemain et oublient de respecter le silence après 23 h...Donc je suggère de demander avant de louer s'il y a des personnes dans ce cas dans l'hotel si vous voulez etre certain de passer un bonne nuit. Dommage car j'aurais mis une très bonne note dans le cas contraire ; très bon lit, personnel très sympa. J'ai peut etre pas eu de chance ce jour là, je ne veux surtout pas généraliser.

Nice Hotel outside the city.

The rooms were comfortable and the location close to the metro station and bus station. The breakfast was also very good, simple but tasty. The parking place was a great help.

It was not a comfortable hotel and I do not recommend it for more than 2 days.

There should have been constant towel replacement, garbage disposal replaced, and water in room. None of those were available. There were stains on the bed covers. The tenants in the room next to me were so loud, I could hear everything. The bathroom was not very clean and my garbage was overflowing, it was not replaced from the minute I arrived to the minute I left. To reach my room, I had to use 2 flights of stairs which was very inconvenient when you have heavy luggage. Breakfast choices are too little.

Passable

We are used to staying in this hotel, but this time it was disappointing.

The hotel needs refreshment. TV didn’t work, there was strong smell from the bathroom, breakfast (for which we paid 8.5 euro/person) was really minimum - just tea/coffee and bread and little croissants. Also there was an insect on the wall of the room. Since we are not the first time in this hotel, we know that service and cleanness was much better before.
