Great value - convenient, clean and comfortable

Location is great - central in a lively part of town. Value was good and human-free check in worked well. Comfy bed and well-fitted bathroom. Everything was very clean and in good condition. The kitchen shared between 3 rooms was a good size with a large fridge, table, kettle, cooker and dishwasher so a convenient place for breakfast and snacks and could have been used for a proper meal.

Nothing adverse. Some might find the street noise a bit much. A fan in the room would be a good addition for warm nights.

Too cheap quality for "Deluxe" and too expensive for what it offered

Very central location with the cathedral, the Petersberg citadel and a lot of restaraunts, cafés etc. in close vicinity.

The furniture in the sleeping room was cheap. The "closet" did shake, its doors weren't mounted properly. The bed used a cheap mattress with a ~5 cm thick very sft topping, probably as this is easier to wash. The bathroom looked way better, but the shower was not fully surrounded by walls or doors, so you couldn't avoid to have water escapting it when taking a shower. During summer time, the rooms orientated to the south, that is 2 out of 3 or 4 rooms, will warm up. Don't forget to lower the blinds when leaving the stay in the morning.

Delightful experience. Room was comfortable and well-designed. The communal areas/kitchen had all conveniences needed and was appreciated.

perfect location in Altstadt. easy access to the room. great value. responsive staff!

I wish the shower could be hotter as well as the heating. It'll be better to add the floor number with the room number to avoid confusion:)

Our stay was very pleasant, even on the hottest day of the year (40°).

Convenient location in the centre. Very nicely done apartment, for an affordable price. A small misunderstanding was handled very professionally.

Not a real Guest House and poor value for money, despite good location.

The room was a good size and clean - though the bathroom, which has no window, needed airing (fan rather full of fluff). Good location, though inevitably some noise from the street.

This was not a guest house, it was really uber. No staff present and not easy to get hold of. No sign to indicate where property was. Furniture MFI at best, poor quality linen and mattress. Looks like place is work in process, but being done on the cheap. "Bedside lamp" could actually be dangerous; no tea bags or coffee to make one's own. I have been in several guest houses in Germany that offered a lot more for less.
