Excellent

We had a wonderful king size room. Frank was a very welcoming host, and made us feel very much at home. The bed was super comfortable and the room even had a small kitchenette. The location was only a short walk to the shops, restaurants and beach. I would highly recommend Tiarri to anyone visiting the central coast area.

We had a lovely time, in spite of some rain

Lovely rooms, very comfortable, everything new. Walk to beach and shops. Frank very helpful. Under cover parking very good. Air conditioning and ceiling fan were both very good.

Next door was some building from 7am-4pm weekday, but couldn't be helped. With closed windows, not a bother.

Amazing apartment!

Great communication. Frank & Rob were really accommodating allowing us early check in and keeping in touch regarding it. Apartment was lovely, so clean. Great location. Highly recommend

This place is amazing. The rooms are super spacious and quiet. I could work at the dining table and the wifi was good. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the shower spacious too. This type of accommodation is a lot more worth it over staying at a hotel. Great value. I had everything I needed as if I were in my own home. The cereal and fresh milk was a nice touch too! Thanks for the wonderful stay Frank!.

Really good place to stay!

The room looked really nice and it was easy and quick to access. A lot of things were provided including plates and cutlery. The distance to the main shopping location was walking distance and the staff were very friendly.

Even though cutlery and plates were provided, we had to ask for dishwashing liquid and a towel so that we could clean the plates after using them. We didn't have a kitchen in the room which is probably why it wasn't provided but if your staying more than one night and you use the plates everyday, it feels better to clean them after every use.

overall it’s pleasant place to stay!

the host is pleasant and nice

got smell of paint due to renovation downstairs the room is not soundproof enough. hear neighbors laughing and chatting at late night-nearly 11pm

Overall ok

Room was spacious and property is about 10 mins walk to Terrigal beach and shops. Tea, breakfast cereal and milk provided.

Room was dusty in some places and there was hair left from previous occupants on the sheets and bathroom. Not enough parking spots / very tight parking space and some times we parked behind the skip. Only source of natural light is the door/entrance to the room but we had to pull down the blinds if we wanted privacy. Bed and pillows were not that comfortable considering we paid nearly $300 a night during off peak season.

No wi-fi means we wouldn't stay here again.

The room was a decent size and clean. The bathroom was good quality.

The lack of wi-fi. Despite being advertised as offering free-wi-fi, there was none in our studio. The owner tried to fix it but couldn't get it to work. We understand they've problems with wi-fi before and they really need to get them sorted out. They shouldn't advertise what they cannot actually provide.

Perfect place to stay! Convenient in terms of location and lovely to stay in!

Frank met my friend and I at the entrance of the property. He was very friendly, welcoming and gave very helpful advice. he was able to assist us with all our enquires. The room was wonderful! Very clean and simple but everything we needed. I could not fault this place!

The stay was beautiful and the staff made us feel welcome

The location for the hotel was very close to many attractions including the beach which was a 5 minute walk ( 2 minutes to walk up the hill 😂)

We loved everything about the hotel and would love to come back again

Great location, shame the place has been run down.

I rate this property for it’s position, not so much for the quality.

Bit of a funky smell happening, more than likely the carpets. Fly screens a bit old and difficult to open. Garden and surrounds very average. Looks like the property has been neglected a bit. Definitely could do with a refresh all over.

Poor communication, information, and attention to detail.

Frank was friendly at check-in saying if I needed anything just to ask, the unit was a good size, and the bed was comfortable.The air conditioning worked.

At check-in I found the milk supplied was out of date; I was not given a wifi password, there was no info in the room and the phone was unanswered; there was a washing machine but no powder; there was a kettle and tea but no coffee; there was an iron with black marks on it and an ironing board with a cover with black marks on it and foam that fell apart when I had to put it on the board myself; there were 3 knives, forks and spoons in the kitchen but no implements like cutting equipment; there was no DVD player as advertised. The showers was good but tended to spray water everywhere. I paid a lot as it was over Christmas thinking that staff wages might be higher however I received no return calls and had to attend my Christmas party with an unironed dress; had no internet to FaceTime my family overseas; and, when I was locked out at night due to the key not working, I had to ask people I had just met to help with the lock because my urgent distress calls were not responded to. Even two days later the manager still had not responded and he also didn't even mention my cries for help at check out. On the day of check out there were no instructions on what to do with the key so I waited to hear from the manager. I received a call half an hour after check out time asking when I was going to leave because the cleaners needed to get in. I said I had been waiting to know what to do with the key. He came immediately, grabbed the key from me abruptly and left without any other word. The lack of communication and information detracted from my stay and I would have expected more given the charges over this period. Addressing these two issues alone would have altered my overall rating substantially.
