Exceptional service, comfort and food

Exceptional friendly 5star service ,Raj went above and beyond to accomadate our every request . comfortable beds and delicious food ... it wll be our go to place to stay whenever we visit Warrnambool

Good location & nice restaurant

We liked the bathroom as it seemed very new, while small it was well set out. The rooms are clean, functional, and quite pleasant.

The main bedroom is a little dated though still quite good.

Amazing stay as always

All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble and they clearly enjoy their work. The room was absolutely spotless and the bed was lovely and comfortable. It's a great location for walking to the beach, the RSL and the town centre. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, both meals were good quality with a decent range of food and local wines on the menu. Staff in the restaurant are knowledgeable about the food and wines and happy to make amendments to meals where possible. We always stay here when we are in Warrnambool as we find the service and level of amenities are consistently high. Thanks for making our short holiday extra special.

Wish we could have stayed longer! The only improvement I can think of is having the more casual bar menu available in the restaurant.

Great location, convenient and comfortable.

Nice updated bathroom, clean and comfortable bed and linen, friendly staff and onsite restaurant

Very minor and petty, but the light to the bathroom turns the fan on every time which is noisy during the night.

Somewhere I would stay over and over again.

The room was pristinely clean and beautifully presented. The restaurant food was exceptional, thankfully not a huge menu which was perfection in itself. Breakfast choices were varied, covering every dietary need and everything was again cooked to perfection. Daily newspapers were ever present as you entered the restaurant at breakfast and the location was perfect for either walking or driving to various venues around town.

Overall am happy with my experience and would recommend this hotel and definitely come again.

I loved the location, how clean the room was and how friendly and helpful the staff were.

A bit confused as to why was charged some money upon booking when it stated no money would be taken out of my account, also wasn’t notified when I checked in I was going to be charged straight away. I thought the room was a bit pricey and smaller than advertised.

Would have been fine if the rooms were sound proofed and roof didn’t creek when people walked up stairs

For what the room was the price was to high…sounded like we had elephant in the room above us! Car parking was a joke, free for all had to park ages away from room

although busy generally quiet, location convenient, good parking. very pleasant staff member who assisted in the laundry.

unexpectedly small room made it difficult to store personal items and clothing. had to ask for toaster, plates and cutlery which were supposed to be supplied. unsure if room was vacuumed sometimes as there appeared to be crumbs and bits of leaves on the floor.

A pleasant stay but my room needs updating.

Location...very good. Room...a little tired Shower recess...tiny!

Parking bays need to be allocated. I came in late after dinner and had extreme difficulty finding a park. Only one left but at opposite end of property. Always wish to be close to my car.

Good accommodation close to flagstaff museum and walks, reasonably close walk to town. We really appreciated that Raj gave us a lift to the station when it was raining - nothing was too much trouble

$320 for 1 night was way over priced. It was very small and quite old. Would expect to pay $180 ish if comparing to other places we have stayed
